Best customer service I’ve seen in awhile I called to confirm my appointment and she talked me through it saying the one I ordered may not be in time and came up with a failsafe incase that wore to happen and with not one bit of an attempt of a upsell or hassle

Back to Firestone. Nobody called me when the
truck dropped my car. When I went to pick it up after work, I had to wait in the lobby for a few minutes. I then saw Amy through the window talking playfully with tech, and I had to go get her attention. She apparently did not recognize me even though I had seen her serval times in the past few days, and have seen her in the past. They did not install my little bulb correctly unfortunately. I received no apology, was told they only have one tech and might not be able to help. This is not the first time I have felt a lack of respect from Firestone customer service. Went back to get the Jeep next day - they at least fix it, but I again had to wait for them to deal with another customer who was having seemingly customer service related problem.

This place is great. I had issues with my alignment and took it 2 different locations and they couldn't get it right. I decided to come here and they did it right the 1st time.

I had to come in last minute with a flat tire and Amy was so helpful and nice. They got everything done quickly and kept me updated with what needed done. Very stress free experience!

My inspection was due. Whoever removed stickers on the windshield left a big smear of glue on part of the windshield, making difficult to see. I went back immediately to have them rub off and I was told there was nothing they could do. I've had my cars inspected at Firestione for decades and never had such sloppy work done. I'm very displeased with their disregard and refusal to remediate the situation.

They tried to upsell me 4 new tires because mine were "worn". One tire was just replaced 2,000 miles ago and did not need replaced. They proposed 4 new tires of the same size, while my car takes a larger size tire on the rear axel. They did not seem very knowledgeable.

This place gave me my worst mechanic shop experience. They tried to tell me my car needed 3k+, I was about to tell them to go ahead because their the mechanics and I trusted them. I asked a couple of questions but started to not get a good feeling, during the conversations I realized they were changing their story. I quickly took my car somewhere else and it only cost a couple hundred bucks and the other shop confirmed this Firestone location was telling me things that weren't true about my car. Unfortunately I don't trust this location anymore, hopefully it has changed by now

Dropped off for simple alignment they caused 2300 worth of damage attached below is what had to get fixed after Firestone .corporate is a fraud like Firestone and the people that claim to be mechanics never ever ever if your reading this take anything to this place unless you like what u pay for to be trashed and then told u have to pay a bill on top of a bill. Wish nothing but very very bad luck to each crooked individual and trust me karma will get you if I don't in the end .

I have a friend of mine. she is a loyal customer and she had to replace an alternator now 3 times in less than 3 year and the battery 4 times cause the alternator keeps frying the battery got on the phone with Amy, one of the rudest employees I've ever had the pleasure to deal with to the point where I had to tell her to stop, interrupting me, and at that point, she she just hands over the phone and gave it to one of her other employees. I would never recommend this place to anybody they just don't wanna make things right and take care of there loyal customers that includes the district manager. we were told he will contact us within two days and it has been a total of four days and nothing if an alternator keeps going bad because you sold us a bad alternator and that alternator destroyed the battery your company needs to make it right specially if the customer has been a loyal customer for over 10 years. It's that simple.

Ever had one of those days where you just can't catch a break? Yeah, me too. Picture this: I'm cruising along, not even two blocks from work, when BOOM—flat tire. And guess what? I live an hour away. Talk about a day deflating faster than my tire!
So, I roll up to Firestone, a car full of tires (don’t ask why, even I’m not sure!), and a heart full of hope. And boy, did they deliver! Not only did they fix my flat, but they also skipped the spare and slapped on my actual tire. The best part? They did it all for free! 🎉
Firestone, you are the tire wizards! If you’re ever in a fix (or a flat), these folks will have you rolling in no time—and maybe even rolling with laughter. Thanks a million!

Shawn and his crew more than likely saved my family's life. I took my car in for an oil change before leaving on vacation. They had the car done prior to my appointment time! They did a courtesy inspection and found some things that may have resulted in a bad trip. They worked for me to get things resolved both mechanically and financially! I would recommend this shop to everyone!
