2nd time I've been here. They were busy but still were able to determine what was wrong with my car in a reasonable time frame. They were upfront with what exactly needed to be done and the cost estimate was almost dead on. This is the 2nd major job they have done on my car and both times were positive experiences for me.

Tried to rip off my college student daughter by charging almost $1,000 to replace the starter in her car. Every time I called back to question the price I was told how complicated it was going to be. Our mechanic at home said he would do it for $150. Won’t ever be back

Scheduled a 1pm oil change with a guarantee to be done by 5 pm, they never did it, came to get the car and when I questioned why it wasn't done when they said it would be the gentleman at the counter was incredibly dismissive, basically told me just to deal with it and how dare you complain that we over booked, never going back there again

Took my VW in for inspection, car passed with no work needed. Upon getting my car back and driving it around the subsequent days. I noticed that there is a popping noise that occurs every time I brake. I brought the car back and the guy at the counter immediately starts saying we didn't do that, your car has high miles blah, blah, blah. The car was fine before they started wrenching on it or putting it on the lift improperly. Currently considering legal action. After this disaster, I wouldn't trust these morons to work on my lawn mower.

Used to come here all the time to change my oil and now after the last time I change it I’ll never be GOING BACK. Got an oil change 1 weeks ago went home and noticed my oil light sensor was on after I just got an oil change. I woke up the next morning and noticed a huge puddle under my car come to find out my car had a huge oil leak after I toke it to get it changed. I take it back again and let them know that it has a leak and they told me they would change it again and check out if it’s leaking or if it’s something else. Not even after 20 min they come out with my car again and say everything looks good there’s no oil leak I would take it to the dealer to get a system up datefor the “ faulty light sensor” I get home and not even 24 hr later the light come on again. I wait till the next morning and notice again a huge oil leak under my car so now I’m mad because they just told me to go waste money on something that wouldn’t even solve the problem. So I call them again and take it back for a 3rd time and they said once again they’ll take a look at it and this time they took 30min to figure out that there was an oil leak and it was coming from a cracked oil valve cover. At least that’s what they think it’s coming from. So the front desk guy lets me know how much it’ll be for labor and pieces and this guy tell me $1250… pfft yea right I’m going to pay that when it was clearly there fault I never had a oil leak at all and some how some way all of a sudden my car litterlly becomes un drivable and is clearly leaking all of the oil after they had done a oil change. After arguing with the front desk person and telling him I want to speak with the manager of the store which is Charles cohick he lets me know he’ll be here Monday and I ask about the district manger as well and for some reason he had no email or phone number I could call to speak to him all he knew was that his name was Anthony. I waited till Monday while my Audi is leaking all over the parking lot floor and called Charles cohick the manager. He already knew the information and everything that happened but doesn’t want to take responsibility for nothing unless I take it to an Audi dealer and pull money of my pocket for something they clearly did. I told him no I don’t want to take it to a dealer because all there going to say is exactly what your telling me so they are not proving weather or not it’s your fault for the cracked oil valve cover because they were not there when the mechanic did the oil change. So I tell him I want to speak with the district manger and tells me he can’t give me that information so we start going back and for and he HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME 3 different times like a child like he isn’t the manager of the store. I call him again and I tell him I’m done arguing with you how am I supposed to know who’s calling me then he finally decides to say he will be calling you today and leave you a voicemail if you don’t pick up he hangs up again and it’s been close to 72 hrs that I have not heard anything from them so now I have a broken Audi that undrivable sitting in a parking lot. Clearly this man child Charles cohick is not made to be a manager of a store if he can’t handle any complaints from a customer after a very unsatisfactory visit. I have now filed a claim and will be waiting to be approved after they clearly damaged my car. after they fix everything out of there pocket I am completely done with Firestone and will not be taking my car or any other car to them at all.

Had new tires installed. The tech did not protect the carpet or seats leaving grease on them and the steering wheel.
A few days later my wife noticed a noise and shutter while driving. Tech did not tighten lug nuts, losing 2. Thankfully no one was injured.

Today I pulled into Firestone on Oregon pk in Lancaster and spoke with Mr. Wellington the service manager regarding my splash guard hanging down. The staff checked my car out and determined I just needed a few clamps, they had my car finished in less than 30 minutes and also at no charge!!!

Was skeptical because I went in and they said I needed a new front passenger’s side tire in a couple months for inspection. Then went to Mavis Tire (Jack Williams) which I’ve been going to for years, and they said that the particular tire’s tread was decent, with no need for repair. Feel like I was lied to.

I did not get the rep name, that took care of me. Sunday 5/19/2024. My brakes were in bad shape and I had no idea. He explained things well, made sure the job was done so i could get back to VA! He was so kind and nice to me.

Went for the $10 "care package" which included brake/rotors, suspension, and battery inspection, and tire rotation. They claim everything was fine (had the car inspected 1 months ago I need rear brakes as they squeel), tires weren't rotated because "it wasn't needed" haha....battery was fine. Granted it was only $10. But do what you say you're going to do....

The service was very good, Charles was very polite and kept me informed of the progress of the service being done on my car.
