I want everyone to know that this FNB bank ( Lincoln highway East) has helped me with my finances and more!! They went above and beyond to assist me in all my banking needs. I would highly recommend Damaries y Alex to anyone who is looking for a mortgage, loan, etc. The entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable Go to them they will guide you. We are closing our account. The people here are rude and arrogant. We have accounts at PNC, Truist and Bank of America. All our other banks are professional! This bank is a disgrace. I called the manager to complain and she refused to apologize. She gave an excuse and lied to me right over the phone! She kept interrupting me to defend her and her staff member. That manager isn't fit to manage anything! Stay away from this bank!

I been with fnb since it was metro thats almost 10 years now. Today i went to open an account for my parents in this branch, an African American guy met us i believe his name was Dominic. He was coming out whistling until he came right in front of us he kept whistling and swinging his keys in-front of us while we waited to meet him for 5-10 mins , didn't even say hi, so freaking disrespectful and un professional. After all that he didn't even help us because he had an appointment at 3 pm and we where there at 2:40, so we ended up leaving.I never write a bad review but this person is bad for buessines . I think im closing my account there and will go to another one that is more respectful to their old customers.

Fnb is all about fees. Half of their people are rude the other half is super nice but the bank itself will never help you with their overdraft fees no matter the circumstances. My kids had covid I forgot to deposit my check and I got hit with a bunch of fees. They wouldn't even remove 1 for me. I been with this bank for 7 years I've only asked 2 times to have fees removed and I felt like they could of help me but rejected me each time. This last time was enough for me to pull the plug. I understand that it's a business but there are some great banks out there that remember people are humans trying to survive . This is not one of those banks.

Great location right off a major highway, easy accessible. Inside is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Not a branch I come to consistently, only came here to talk with an associate we have a relationship with for our work matters.

I opened my account here, but I avoid using this location for any in-person services. The staff is rude and miserable, and management is no better. I do NOT recommend this particular branch.

With the COVID-19 pandemic happening now. Everyone is panicking because most of America no longer has a job. Including myself. My company has decided to send some of us home in order to avoid everyone from being exposed. I contacted this bank because I have a car loan through them. To which they told me NOPE we cannot help you with any kind of deferment because my mother who is a co-signer is still working. I am 28 years of age and this is my loan to pay off. My mother has medical bills from her breast cancer chemo treatment to pay off. I am not having my mother pay my car loan. Then they said oh well we can give you a month deferment but your interest will still add up (whatever I get it) BUT we're going to have you jump through impossible hoops to in order to make it happen. Thank you for helping out your customers when difficult times happen that are out of our control. I will be looking to refinance my loan with another company ASAP.

I have been banking with FNB for over 10 years. During my experience with this bank, my checking account has been hacked 3 times. The security issues are unsettling, to say the least. Recently, I experienced an "accounting error" which has devastated my personal finances. My checking account is set-up for a weekly automatic transfer of $200 to my flex-spend account. This weekly transfer is in order to provide funds for a monthly auto loan payment of $776, from the flex-spend account. I consider myself a conscientious, financially responsible person, and am diligent in monitoring my accounts via online banking. The status of these accounts are checked daily, especially considering FNB's track history of security issues regarding my account. All transactions and transfers show that the $200 was moved to the flex-spend account, as scheduled, for 3 consecutive weeks. Apparently, that was not the case. FNB transferred the $600 from my savings into the flex spend at once, leaving my savings account overdrawn nearly $600. I immediately visited the local branch and spoke with an account services representative. At this point, I have no cash on hand and a household to support. Imagine my frustration. It was explained to me that there was an "accounting error" and the funds were never transferred for the weekly $200 installments. FNB simply transferred funds in one lump amount of $600. I received no phone call or notification from FNB. Now, I'm being charged daily overdraft fees for their accounting error. I refuse to be the victim of FNB's shady business practices and flawed systems. I will fight this and plan to consult a lawyer.

This bank is horrible. The service was rude. The canceled my account because they said me and my boyfriend were harassing them 5 time. Which was not the case. When I opened my Acound the Lady Laura told me I would be getting my debit card within 7-10 business days. Then I get told I have to wait 30 days because of some new policy due to fruading going on which I understood. Then I was told They had to see transactions going on then I can get my card. Well how would you like me to do transactions if I dont have a debit card? Alls we wanted was a straight answer and alls we got was the run around. And the Manager or who ever she is Shannon is VERY RUDE. My boyfriend is a truck driver so were not always in the Lancaster area which we were trying to explain to them. And they didnt want to hear it. The ladys at the front desk were always nice and even agreed we did not harass them. I WILL NEVER GO TO A FIRST NATIONAL BANK AGAIN!!

I try to do as much banking online as possible but when I need branch assistance this is my branch. Jordan and his team are unbelievable customer service reps and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this branch!
