Crooked... they'll put a sale sign ona sneaker and when you go pay for it they charge you full price..then this nut wanna bring me the wrond shoes and walk away when she realized i noticed all this..they slick...reason i didn't make.a show i didn't wanna go jail...do it again i will.

Ordered online... My order arrived, but no one told me it was ready. I called at 3:30 pm and I was told that although my order arrived at 10:30 am, the person who handled orders left at 3 pm. I told the person on the phone that it wasn't my problem... A manager found my order, and I was able to pick it up. Not great service.

Dear Footlocker team,I am writing to you today to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your store in the mall. Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience and left me feeling unhappy.Upon entering the store, I noticed that it was not clean and tidy, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. However, what really impacted my visit was the demeanor of the workers. They seemed to be upset and frustrated, which made the atmosphere of the store unpleasant. As I left the store, I observed some of the workers getting high in their cars, further adding to the negative impression.To make matters worse, the shoe I purchased only had one item in the box, which was quite disappointing.Overall, my experience at Footlocker was not what I had hoped for, and I have not been able to shake off the negative feelings since leaving the store. Kevin is a power hungry manager who seems to take pleasure in asserting his authority over others. His demeanor towards his customers is particularly concerning, as he often comes across as a bully who is more interested in flexing his muscles than in providing quality service.Despite his apparent lack of experience, Kevin seems convinced that he knows best when it comes to running the store. However, his tactics have led to the complete downfall of what was once a thriving business. His inability to listen to feedback or consider alternative perspectives has made him an unpopular figure among his colleagues and clients alike.It is clear that Kevin has a lot to learn about effective management. His approach is counterproductive and only serves to alienate those around him. If he is to succeed in his role, he must be willing to listen to feedback, value the expertise of others, and cultivate a more positive and collaborative working environment.In conclusion, Kevin's personality is marked by his power-hungry tendencies, which have led to his reputation as a bully who asserts power over his customers. Once upon a time, there was a manager named Kevin who worked at the Footlocker store in Park City. Kevin had a passion for sneakers and frequently attended local reselling events, including the popular HeatCheck sneaker event.As a Footlocker employee, Kevin had access to exclusive discounts on the latest sneaker releases. However, instead of simply purchasing them for personal use or even selling them locally, Kevin took advantage of his position of authority to maximize his profits.He began reselling the coveted shoes at higher prices online and even accommodated buyers by suggesting they each buy one shoe to avoid suspicion. This unethical behavior not only went against Footlocker's policies but also put customers at a disadvantage, as they missed out on getting the shoes at retail prices.One day, a customer who had purchased shoes from Kevin at a local reselling store recognized him as the Footlocker manager and grew suspicious. After some investigation, the customer discovered that Kevin had been abusing his privileges at Footlocker for personal gain.

Workers are extremely rude. I purchased shoes from this store and got 2 left shoes and they accept return. Definitely don’t recommend coming here. Will not be back if I could leave zero stars I would.

The store manager Kevin gave me strange creepy look when I ask him whats the retail price for his aj5 aqua. He is a sarcastic and arrogant dork. I dont come shop here often because of how rude, and strange that manager is. He lock eyes with me and start muttering words under his breath. This is abnormal behavior.

Worker make me play guessing game to buy shoes. Mcdonalds manager was very strange. Tall skinny black male mangers give me creepy glare and stare when I ask for two pair of air max 97. I bought my shoes from jd sports that had more normal workers. I wont be back here because the very strange way they made me feel nervous and uncomfortable
