My kids and I went in the store and like most kids curiosity, they pulled the wigs off the mannequin. One of the store associates walked up to us and very rudely said, can you please stop pulling the wigs off the mannequins! She might as well not even used the word please because her tone was nasty and she aggressively snatched the wig out of my child’s hand then walks away. I told her she didn’t need to be so rude and she said she wasn’t. She could have politely asked because her whole demeanor had me feeling like I was going to react badly and get hauled out by security. Lucky for her I value my freedom and I don’t think orange is really my color to be rocking an orange jumpsuit. I don’t know her name but she had curly, black hair.

I was in the mall today, and was treated extremly bad by the employees. I tried asking about the price of an item and got a side eye by both the employees. I definitely will not being shopping here ever again. -10000/10 expirence

This store would not let me make a purchase with out providing my email address. After letting the cashier know I do not want to provide my email address I left my items at the register when I walked away both cashiers starting laughing in front of the customers in line. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly rude. I will NOT be purchasing anything from forever 21 moving forward. I should not have to provide my email to make any purchases especially when paying in cash!

I was asked to give my email address at checkout and I declined. I was then told by the cashier that she could not ring up my order without an email address. After some back and forth over this, I asked to speak with a manager, who immediately rang up my purchase without my wheel, but was incredibly rude about it. I should never have to give out any personal information just to buy a coat!

Friendly staff. Store is very clean and well merchandised. The fitting room associate was very nice. The cashiers were also helpful. They have all sizes which helps.

A sale to me is anything less than $10. You have to look around in the store if you want to find 70% off.

I came in August 1st, 2023 around 6:30 or so. Right before they close. Just wanted some rings to replace the ones I found there a month ago before I traveled and lost a bunch. Didn't realize there was a sale happening. Ended up searching through all the clothes and found this super cute dress. Asked the cashier if I could return it if it didn't fit (dressing rooms were closed, which makes no sense to me...if the store is open, I should be able to try things on), she said no bc it's on clearance. Turns out she was the manager and took over another managers shift and wasn't even supposed to be working. She let me try it on realllll quick to make sure it fit. It was perfect!!!!! Absolutely amazing management and I was super impressed with how sweet and kind she was. Definitely an amazing store too!!!! Tons of options for literally everything!!!! This made my opinion of the store shoot up ten fold as well. Highly impressed!!!!!

I ordered a dress online and paid extra for express shipping since I needed it for a certain event and it was supposed to be here in 1 to 2 days so I called them on the second day to see why it still hadn’t come and they told me it still wouldn’t be here for another two days. I told him I did not want the dress anymore and she told me that I could call back once the dress was received and she would give me a return label and I would get a full refund which is exactly what I will be doing. Don’t offer the express shipping option if you’re not going to stand by it!!
