Fulton Bank's lack of genuine "customer service" with the Overby-Seawell data breach of critical sensitive personal information is extremely disappointing. If a customer values personal attention and a personal response, it might be wise to seek the services of a different financial institution. Fulton's actions have clearly signaled that they see me as irrelevant and it is inconsequential if I move my financial interests elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend this bank to my enemy. I was trying to get pre approved for a loan to purchase a home. I spoke to a loan officer which seemed very motivated to help in the beginning. My pre approval was accepted. When I began handing in requested documents I was asked from several different loan processors for the same documents. This was very frustrating to me because I'm handing in papers that has all my information on them and they kept magically disappearing. Also, they were requesting duplicates and multiple copies of documents I've handed in weeks prior. It was a couple days before settlement and they didn't even know the sellers information. This bank was very disorganized and didn't communicate amongst each other. If I would call to ask a question I was being passed around. Nobody was being straight up with me. I'm honestly relieved that I cut ties with the bank because who knows if I wouldve went through with the loan what would've happened. Im very disappointed with my experience with this bank.

Very unprofessional and rude service from the teller inside. No knowledge of what she was doing. Gave incorrect information and no one seemed to be knowledgeable of the services they do there. Extremely ignorant and verbally abusive to customer. Never seen banking professionals act this way. Worse banking experience I have ever had in over 30 years.

This branch is the worst I have ever been at!!! I was there today (3/6/19) and gave 2 separate deposit transactions for 2 separate accounts. After waiting for what seem like forever, I received my return receipt....only ONE receipt! I hit the call button.....wait....different teller this time, tell her that I am missing the second receipt for the large deposit.....wait.....she tells me the other girl forgot to send the second receipt come out now.....receive a receipt, but it is the same fricken receipt that I got the first time!!!.....hit call button.....wait......2nd teller answers told her that I need the large transaction receipt, she says there was only one transaction and we argue for a bit. I left thinking that I must have miss laid it somewhere. Spent an hour back tracking everything I had done today, but can't find it!! So I call willow valley branch and spoke with Brad (very polite man). He looked it up and said both transactions were in the correct accounts. He could not understand what those tellers were thinking and said he will review the situation with the manager when he gets back from lunch. All I can say, is wasted a lot of my time today...all the while thinking that I will get fired if I don't find this money!!! Now I am wasting time writing this review, but feel it very important to let everyone know that this branch is the worst and try to avoid it if possible, but if you go and you get the teller with a nose ring tell her to get another job!!!
