Fulton Bank's lack of genuine "customer service" with the Overby-Seawell data breach of critical sensitive personal information is extremely disappointing. If a customer values personal attention and a personal response, it might be wise to seek the services of a different financial institution. Fulton's actions have clearly signaled that they see me as irrelevant and it is inconsequential if I move my financial interests elsewhere.*FOLLOW-UP to Fulton Bank's response - For more than a month, I have tried every conceivable method of communication to request someone at a corporate level to call me regarding this very important matter. It strikes me as rather disingenuous to ask me to contact "Customer Care" (as I have already done multiple times). Sadly, my faith and trust are irretrievably broken.

Horrible mortgage experience due to poor communication from the bank. We were told ONE HOUR prior to closing that we couldn’t close. What is upsetting is that this was conveyed at the last minute instead of earlier in the process.This shouldn’t be allowed due to Child care/other arrangements and the inconvenience to the sellers.Fulton failed on this one.

This bank is releasing money to the builder without me signing off on any paperwork that stages/phases have been completed, and to my expectation. Poor quality of workmanship. They never even did title updates or endorsements to cover the assets just given away to the builder, and no mechanics liens. Unbelievable. Now I'm having to figure it all out and pay a lawyer for their lack of crossing their T's and dotting their I's.

I came to the bank to make a diposit. There were no line, no customers at the teller's windows. I just walked by and young lady Yadira started to yell at me. That next time I have to wait. It was not polite, no smile. I apologized. I saw, she was on a cellphone and I enterupted her and she was really unhappy with me. But she did not get happy even after I apologized.I would like that Yadira could learn how to be friendly to customers of the Fulton bank.

It has NOT been the best experience. They ask you for proof of receipts, statements etc and you send them in a timely manner and it's still not good enough. DO NOT USE FULTON BANK FOR YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY!!! They will drag the process out and not contact you back after MULTIPLE attempts to 3 different staff via phone and email. HUGE LACK OF COMMUNICATION ON THEIR PART!!!

Kathy at the Bethlehem branch was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable . She understood my questions with the app and helped me solve what could not be solved over the phone. Thank you Kathy!

Not great. The service was initially fast, and then painfully slow. While working to activate a card, the banker had to reset their password. During the conversation, I got the impression I was being talked down on. After a 45 minute consultation I was told I was confused. I decided it was best to go elsewhere for my secured credit card.
