I have never left a branch without feeling frustrated. The man behind the counter thought he was being my hero by looking for $80 their ATM machine had eaten. People working behind the counter are really unusual.

If I could give LESS than 1 star, I would. Your customer service has gone downhill severely over the years. I recently called your Quarryville branch with a simple question, I was placed on hold, and then a minute later was told "call the 800 # on the back of your card". Are you kidding me???? I don't blame the employees at the Qville branch. I blame the individuals up the proverbial chain of command that are imposing rules and guidelines on the branches. What was once a community/family-oriented bank, has now become a "sorry, we're too busy to help you" bank. I am seriously considering moving my money to another bank. STOP encouraging your employees to push off your customers. I am so disappointed in the cold changes you've made to Fulton Bank. When I called customer service (ya know, the "800" number on the back of my card???) I waited in line for close to 15 minutes. Hire more people and act human/humanely towards your customers. Whatever changes your upper management is making are crap.

Fulton Bank's lack of genuine "customer service" with the Overby-Seawell data breach of critical sensitive personal information is extremely disappointing. If a customer values personal attention and a personal response, it might be wise to seek the services of a different financial institution. Fulton's actions have clearly signaled that they see me as irrelevant and it is inconsequential if I move my financial interests elsewhere.

After being insulted by multiple employees I was finally refunded a whopping 6 dollar service fee, which was due to a glitch on their end.
