I will not go back to this GameStop I asked to employee 4 to 5 times if I can see the back of the disc make sure it does not scratch or have any marks then he had the process is put his hands on the back of the disc then he told me it's my responsibility now I will not go back

Went to pick up a preorder today and the employee Ryan sighed and told me ‘we have a bad habit of not paying attention to preorders that aren’t for games’. Don’t bother preordering here, you won’t get more than an a half-hearted apology and excuses.

Absolutely horrendous service by the gentleman that worked at 5pm on Dec. 29 2022. Said phone was damaged when there was no damage on phone when trying to trade in a phone. He preached about the trade in program and provided some of the worst service I have had at GameStop. I have brought multiple phones to trade in with no problem. I have been loyal to GameStop and am disgusted and will not use this service again.

Purchased a warranty on a controller , went in next day decided no longer needed. Assistant Manager (Sean) stated it cannot be returned and did not really give a clear explanation on why it could not be returned when the website states a warranty can be returned in store as long as receipt in hand and no claims have been made. Very shady practice

The gentleman in here was fairly knowledgeable and provided adequate customer service. I just had a trade in, he had all the answers I needed and was able to get the game I wanted. All in all this GameStop is okay. Every time I go in there the person running the desk is usually kind. It's lacking a bit of life in that store if I'm being honest. Some enthusiasm would probably do them some good but they're not bad ?

One of the workers never showed so I called the other store at another location and the manager was unaware they had to call somebody in. I had to wait to pick up my game that was already paid for. They lost money for being close short time of the day

Good selections. Good prices. Be careful to check for the game you purchased. They accidentally forgot to put it in the case. Luckily we got there just as they were locking the door.

I would give a one star but I am giving two since the employee was kind.I brought in my Xbox One 1TB, two wireless controllers, Skyrim and GTA. I paid over $400 for all of this used at Just Press Play a few months ago. GameStop gave me ONLY $85 CASH for all of that. It’s a scam completely. I regret even selling it to them. I will never ever go to GameStop again. I know exactly what they can sell all of that for and they absolutely could have given me more for all of it and still have made a good profit. They are a complete joke.

This is my kids favorite Gamestop. They have a great selection and they're not over priced.The employees are nice and knowledgeable. Did you know you can trade phones and watches for store credit or a visa gift card?
