This GAP outlet is located inside the Tanger outlet center, located convinently to park the vehicle and next to the Banana Republic. The shop is huge and good to shop for the entire family with reasonable price. The staff is super friendlyand willing to assit customers.
The store is maintained very well and stocked well. I like the store and will definitely visit again. If you have a credit card you can get a good discount with the purchase. If you have a Tanger vip, then you can get the discount as well.

Employee charge me twice for 1 t sirt next day I went back to ask my refund for extra charge, I don't see any apology from manager and she give me attitude without any apologies, very bad customer service.

We made a purchase today and asked for a gift receipt. Drove home to find there was no receipt. When we called, the salesperson said there was nothing they could do unless we drove 30 minutes back to the store. He didn't even offer an apology. I think he was distracted when a co-worker announced her return to the store with beverages. Poor, poor, poor customer service!

Very Dirty Store .....Older supervisor with black glasses and balding brown hair ...... , a customer asked her for help & she said it's not my department......Customer really appreciated my help ...I got that alot from customers...I only worked there a few days ....a lot of Miserable unhappy people at this location ......Glad I'm no longer working around miserable employees
