This place would be a 5 out of 5, but bare with me here, there are a few issues. My family have been coming to this place for years and years, since my children were babies and we live 2 hours away. We visit Go N Bananas at least once every 2 months. We never had a problem until 2022. One weekend, like any other weekend coming here, they told us we can have our water bottles in the building. We always abide by the no food or drink in the place rule, but we bring water in the building in clear bottles, mostly because it's a pain to walk out to the car and they keep it almost 80 degrees in the place all the time. They told us it is because we can steal drinks with our water bottles, which seems kinda silly to me, because you can buy their water bottles and still steal the fountain drinks with those also. Other than this issue, the staff is normally amazing and friendly. The new problem is that we have been buying unlimited XD ride passes everytime we come, but now they are only for a single person. This was never communicated with me and it is frustrating to have changes made to our normally fantastic experiences here. We buy 3 passes, game time, and an unlimited xd pass every time, and if it is the case that is only for one person, then make a family xd pass because my kids can't get enough of it.Another issue is, some of the games are not maintained and they are never changed or updated. For example, some games start button doesn't work and certain games cannot be completed because of performance issues, and this just frustrates my kids.In all honesty, my children love this place, they are excited to come, and happy when we leave, if they can just work out some bugs, this place would be nearly perfect.Pricing- 4.5 out of 5Policies- 3 out of 5Fun factor- 5 out of 5Maintenance- 4 out of 5Cleanliness- 5 out of 5Staff- 4.5 out of 5

This place has a lot of fun elements, but could use a few improvements.1. Avoid Lazer frenzy. Waste of $4 for 1 minute of play. Not a horrible deal if bought as part of a pass. Otherwise, total rip off, like many of the arcade games. 2. The Lazer tag needs a countdown. When it is occupied you have no idea if there's a 2 minute wait or 40. A TV in the lobby with a countdown would be an easy fix. 3. Hand stamps, circa 1990s chuck e cheese style. Kids can come and go with no oversight. My 4 year old was in ballocity. She snuck out and was running around the arcade and bumped into me while I was watching my other kid rope climb. She could have been taken out of the facility with no checks in place to prevent it. 4. More oversight by Staff. There were kids way over 12 in the ballocity not helping younger children. At times it feels (and sounds) like total anarchy. The few stuff you do see are often bush with parties. The xd theater is a neat idea but overly expensive. We were here for over 4 hours. I wasn't surprised the number of times I walked by and it was empty. Too high of a cost for maybe 3 minutes. For $18 you can do unlimited rides, which might be worth it if you're here for several hours or do one ride after another. $10 first one ride is too steep. You can stop by the snack stand and ask for a water glass. Cuts down on the cost of snacks if you'll be there a while. There was a lot to do and kept my kids entertained for almost 4 hours. They started getting bored towards the end. Having games that aren't ridiculously expensive would help. Almost every game is AT LEAST .50 OR $1 with most being higher. We went through the $7 game card in under 3 minutes playing only kids games. If I played any adult games, it would have taken a little longer, maybe 10 minutes max. Figuring out a way to contain the chaos would be a great first step. Kidd screaming at the top of their lungs isn't necessary. Even with all the people the sound carries, making ear piercing screams tough to tolerate. And there were times when unsupervised kids, maybe 6 years old, were running wild interrupting games. My 4 year old had her Lazer frenzy game interrupted when some of these little kids ran in and started doing whatever they wanted. Not cool, especially if we paid the $4 for the experience. I would have been super ticked. Other examples were older kids, maybe 10+ being in the toddler area rough housing with a younger kid. Things were being thrown and I was sure my daughter would get hit accidentally by something. We may be back the next time we are in the area. The kid had fun and it isn't super expensive if you eat somewhere else and stick to the package deals.

Very clean environment! Was pleasantly surprised visiting this establishment for the first time this weekend. Only down fall is my son was too young to drive the bumper cars

We took our family there to celebrate adoption day and were pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable it was. As an adult I could get in for free but chose to join in the fun. They have packages priced well. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Wait times didn’t seem long and we were there on a rainy Saturday! Great selection of activities for kids of all ages ours were (7-15). I would definitely go back and totally recommend it.

Much better when birthday parties are not keeping your children from enjoying the ropes, laser tag and such.

We had a fabulous experience for my son 10th birthday celebration. Taylor our host, was very organized, friendly, and actively engaged with our kids and family. The kids had a blast and we all enjoyed the food. Joan answered all of my questions prior to the party. I would certainly recommend others to host a party with Go' n bananas!

We had a very nice time with friends one evening, being told that they close at 8:00 pm as we bought the tickets. That evening we were reminded 1 hour before closing (7:00pm) and half hour before closing (7:30pm) that they were closing. And much to my surprise, at 7:50 pm, all the machines and games were turned off. I asked the kids cleaning the machines what was the problem, and they informed me that they were closing down at 7:50 to clean up. This I found very disappointing that I was not informed that it was 7:50 not 8:00 that they close! They had lots of opportunities to let me know it was actually 7:50 when they close. We had money on our tickets that we were not able to finish using, expecting to be there 10 more minutes!

Great place where families can go to have an awesome time!! Family owned and professional operated. Management does any exceptional job. Clean, safe place to go to spend the whole day in a family oriented environment. I continue to go back as I am treated like family.Andy

SO MUCH FUN!! I went here with a big group for work. Felt like a kid again. It's essentially like a family Chuck n Cheese, but bigger. There's go-karting, laser tag, ropes course, VR shooting game, laser frenzy (dodge the laser beams), an arcade, and a food center. My personal favorite was laser tag and the ropes course (it's not too high up and has ~10 different wooden planks/ropes you get to walk through). We spent about 3.5 hours here including 30 mins for lunch, which was a good amount of time to see everything. If you're looking to host a bonding event, kid's party, or whatever the occasion, I would recommend this place if you're in Lancaster :) Come here if you have/are a kid or want to be a kid again

This place is a lot of fun for kids and adults alike. However, I am giving it 3 stars for the overly strict policies related to outside food and drink. I drove 3 kids here for an hour drive on a Friday night and management decided to close the cafe at 6pm because they were slow. We were planning to eat there and play for the remaining 2 hours before they closed. Kids were hungry, so obviously I was annoyed because there was just a handwritten sign on the door announcing this- it wasn't posted on their website, Facebook, or communicated over the phone earlier in the day when I called. I was told but the not rude, but overly formal and unapologetic, front desk girl / "manager" that my only option for feed my 2 year old was to load the kids back in the car, drive to sheetz gas station next door, eat there, and come back. I did this and forced my kids to eat cookies as quick as they could so we would have time to play. They held very strict to their no outside food/drink policy but waivered on their food offerings that were posted on their advertisements. I tried to bring a water bottle in since I was told the cafe was open and a different guy at the front desk was actually rude and told me I couldn't bring it in... yet they didn't have an option for me to buy there. I understand no food or drink if it is sold there because it would take business away from them. However, when people drive an hour to get there with young children and the store makes a decision to close the cafe, they should also flex on their food/drink policy. This infuriated me and prevented me from enjoying myself because I was so irritated and knew my kids were still hungry. I'm short, cool place but go early and don't go hungry just in case! Unreasonable staff and "managers" who don't understand good customer service.

If you've been looking for the ultimate playground experience for your kids, this is it. It has a playground type structure, bumper cars, an arcade, laser tag, and a 3D experience. We took a 2 and 4 year old, and they had an absolute blast. The prices are extremely low in comparison to what you get, and there is food on site as well! Highly, highly recommend.

Food took forever, and was overpriced. When it came it it was wrong and cold after waiting for French fries for 30 minutes.Beyond that, my son was hit in the face by another kid because the woman overseeing the laser tag was letting kids run wild. I had to take my son out to clean up his bloody nose, and then the manager argued with me about the fact that it happened.Don't waste your money or time. Went to Round One after. Much better time.

Another great experience and want to make sure JOSH gets recognized for doing a GREAT JOB working the ropes course! JOSH made sure all the kids were properly wearing their harnesses and fall protection. JOSH handled the long lines and hovering parents very well also. Great job Josh and keep up the good work!
