-2 stars given only because of sweet, friendly young man that stocks hard goods (would give him 10 stars) and large inventory in this store.
-reselling vultures are catered to by poor employees that don’t realize they are being badgered and treated rudely
-resellers grab things off new carts before they stop then wildly help stock so the employees can run back for more carts for them.
-resellers are allowed to block aisles with their carts as they comp items or wait for more to come.
- you could get rich filming how the resellers actually act in the thrift stores. Great idea for someone out there!
- Prices are going crazy. Saw a lamp priced 49.99 today. Check SOLD comps if you want to compare to eBay, not what some people are TRYING to sell items for.
-inconsistent pricing
-individual prices for sets of dishes and cups.
-used to shop at this goodwill all the time. Now rarely do. It has been ruined by YouTubers, resellers and management that allows camps of vultures.
-management does not care about their employees

It's a mess and the line was super long. Had to get out of there and waited for my wife outside. Didn't like this store at all.

I have been shopping goodwill for over 20 years and the new policy on refusing to sell something that doesn't have a price tag is LUDICROUS! It's happened twice now at two different locations. I get that there are some who abuse the price tag situation but freaking Walmart and target will sell you something even if the price tag is messed up. Shoot must places give you the sale price even when an employee made a mistake and the stuff goodwill carries is donated. Not only greedy with how jacked up the prices have gotten through out the years but now you refuse to sell stuff. That's just bananas and don't bother leaving some pandering message about how sorry you are as a reply to this! Just do something to fix the problem.

Their new policy absolutely sucks. We were going to buy a tie for my great grandmothers’s funeral that had a tag when we picked it up. And all the other ties that were on that rack were 2.99 as well. And so we talk to 2 managers and they still wouldn’t give us the tie even if we offered to pay more. It’s a Goodwill and it was donated. They have no sense of heart for their customers.

This goodwill is a rip off! All of them are! They get this stuff for free yet the same items are priced differently. I asked about these cups I was buying. They are the same exact cup yet one was $4 and one was $2. My RUDE cashier MARTIN said “there’s nothing we can do about that you want em or not?!”
If I didn’t need them for my brothers wedding I would’ve left them at the register and made them put them back. Never coming back here again.

I stopped at this goodwill Friday afternoon and found some good finds. I wasn't sure if the store was having any deals, so I got assistance from a gentleman named Brent and he was such a big help. Just a kind person with a kindred spirit. The next time I am passing through I am making it my business to stop at this goodwill again 😁

1000's of items stocked in this store. They're busting at the seams with oodles of new and used merchandise. I'm glad it's located near my home.

Super helpful employees and bargain prices are found here at this Goodwill. I continue to feel disappointed in the Goodwill stores in my area as the prices charged for items are unreasonable and restroom facilities are not always clean. This Goodwill store is located on Route 30, Lincoln Highway, in Lancaster, PA and I am so glad I decided to visit because I am now a fan and will happily take this 90-minute trip just to visit this store. I’ve taken quite a few pictures of items to show the bargain deals in addition to showing the huge selection of items they offer. The employees are absolutely fabulous, the store is immaculate, and the ladies room although dated is clean and in perfect working order. This Goodwill store deserves an A+.

Huge inventory, but they doubled all their prices. Half of the home goods are the same price as buying new.

Huge selection but please double check who's putting price tags on things? There are some brand new items with the original tags still on the product and goodwill has their price tag even higher. Makes no sense. Keep costs down. I'm seeing things priced wayyyy higher than ever. It's GoodWill get it? USED for the most part, clothing and housewares. Plz realize people are hoping for a bargain shopping there. I couldn't believe some of the prices on women's clothing. All dresses were $9.99.... seriously? I'll return to your location after I see prices drop alot.
