Some areas are decently organized while others are quite messy. Some employees don't speak a word of English and can't help with your questions. Pricing is bizarre, with Talbots clothes being priced up for no reason. There is no rhyme or reason for pricing and shoes are set out without any thought behind it. But wait till you get to the housewares and electronics section; that section is the definition of an unholy mess.

Was treated so disrespectfully even after standing in line for 5 min waiting on someone to even come to check customers out. The cashier was extremely rude 3 times in the 2 minutes it took him to check us out. I will never go to that store again. It’s not worth saving any kind of money to be treated the way my kids and I were treated.

My Mom and I love to visit Goodwills. We are vacationing in Pennsylvania and stopped at this one on a Wednesday afternoon. There is plenty of parking. When you walk in the entry has shopping carts. Inside to the left, front there are public restrooms and water fountains. There are also drink and snacks machines if you are feeling peckish. This is one of the largest Goodwills I have visited. I appreciated that all the clothing is organized by size. Their tags all have a color and each week there is a color that is 50% off Wednesday - Saturday and $2 on Tuesday. There are numerous rows of household items. Lots of books and movies too. Checking out you must register your name and number in order to receive the discounts. The prices are on the higher end for the Goodwills I have visited. I will definitely be back when I am again visiting this area.

These donation-only spots are a a great way to get things out of your home without the temptation to buy more to bring into it. This particular location has been known in the past to close earlier than their posted hours, so make sure to get there well before closing time. Sometimes a very polite and friendly worker will come out and get your donations from your vehicle, and sometimes you get one who doesn't speak to you. In either case, you should get out anyway and help or direct them because otherwise, they will take everything in your trunk or backseat. Sometimes, especially if it's raining or cold, nobody will come out to help, and every now and then, somebody will stand just inside the door regardless of the weather and just watch you bring your stuff in, even if you're struggling with it.

This goodwill location has the regular store on one side and the outlet bins on the other side.I’d say the store is quite organized, there are a variety of options available in different styles.I found a few pieces that I can use for different styles I tend to have on any given day.

I had unpleasant experience today at this location when checking out at the register around 3pm. I was assistef by a cashier named Vickie, she was extremely rude to me talking back to me when I asked her to finish ringing me out because she already started processing my transaction when another customer interrupted to ask a questions. After showing obvious anger towards me. She angrily shoved receipt into my face. I told her to just place the receipt in the trash, and she said back "you put it". Extremely poor customer service. No one deserves to be treated like that! I hope this situation will get attention.

My husband, who is legally blind, was shopping at your store location on Lincoln Highway today assisted by a friend. He brought a pair of sneakers to the counter to pay for them and the cashier rudely took them and told him they were not for sale?!?!???How is this even possible?!My husband is not one to put up an argument, but when he told me this, I was flabbergasted. How in the world, do your employees have the right to grab something from a PAYING customer and tell them something is NOT FOR SALE???? Not to mention your horribly trained employee who gave ZERO explanation of why he couldn't purchase a pair of shoes.Shameful treatment from a place that supports disabled people like my husband. I plan on escalating this complaint as far as I can. BE BETTER THAN THIS!

This is review is in regard to Brent H, who I understand is the assistant manager of Goodwill on Licoln Highway in Lancaster PA.Brent has continued rounding up and essentially stealing from me as a customer the last 3 times I had caused me out. Every single time he tried to minimize rounding up without asking me, but saying "I gave you the discount so I just rounded up".The first time he did it in the outlet center sign and when I said something he apologized profusely saying it was a habit. He then approached me on the other side of the store and continued to apologize. The fact that he has now done it repeatedly, MULTIPLE times since then just shows me that he is purposely stealing and will continue to do so. I do believe in donating but I choose where I donate too and your company is not a place I want to donate. This infuriates me that Brent is clearly doing this to everyone who passes by his line. I don't know if he earns rewards or what his motivation is but he is lying and stealing for people and I wish your company would do something about it. It's so simple to just ask people if they want to donate and it they don't then move on to the next person.

Brent rounded my total $$ to the nearest dollar without even asking me. That is stealing. I travel and go to many goodwills and this is the only time this has ever happened to me. I can't believe this guy is still there as I see other reviews about him doing the same thing. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT GOODWILL!!

Nice place. Has a good selection of items, and a retail store nearby. I enjoyed coming here, staff was nice and the lines were not a mile long.

I love this Goodwill for the most part. Most of the staff is friendly and Ive become friends with some.I have NOT been happy with the policy , that if it don’t have a tag you can’t buy it. Such bad customer service. If it’s in the store and in your hands and you can’t take it home , thats bad customer service in my opinion . It’s not the employees fault but Corporate should do better.Yesterday I went to the store and was so excited with two books I found . I go the register and they say we can’t sell it because it don’t have a tag . I pleaded with them to scan another book , nope.good grief it’s a book , put 2 or 3$ on it like the others. But nope , they said it might be out tomorrow. So I go back the next day and found the exact two books in a customers hands and she bought them RIGHT in front of my eyes. I kept hoping she’ll not buy them but nope she walked out with the two items I had in my hands the day before.Anyway all to say I am a very regular customer and would like to be treated like a respected customer , not like a policy corporate makes.

I typically like this location, but they switched things around and I hated my last visit. Nothing was organized or categorized whatsoever. Maybe they are in the middle of remodeling or switching things up?

They try to make store nice. Felt safe and store was clean. Pleasant, helpful staff. Maybe i am just old but Goodwill is starting to overcharge in my unasked opinion.

I absolutely LOVE going to any Goodwill I see! Sometimes you find incredible things for unbelievably cheap! Like this drone for example, I love drones and I just so happened to find it here and it was only 2 dollars!!! And I also found one brand new role of filament for my 3d printer, which are not cheap but at Goodwill I payed 6 dollars for the drone, the filament and this cool little usb vacuum for my keyboard and desk!!! SCORE!!!!
