Made the mistake of waiting to schedule a test and ended up having to take it in Lancaster. Having taken other exams at a location in Maryland, the process here was FAR less stressful, and both of the employees were so so nice. Would recommend over the Baltimore location in particular.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff was very friendly and professional. I’ve been to the test center in Harrisburg as well and this one is hands down better. Definitely worth the drive.

The staff is very professional. The place is very clean also. A staff member cleans off the desk and keyboard after each person leaves. I forgot my ID there and a lady was nice enough to call me and wait for me to come back (even though they were about to close). I finally passed the RD exam which is great!

The people there were friendly and nice and helpful, the place was very professional and clean. I walked out of there a happy man lol.I passed my NACE CIP LEVEL 1 Coatings Inspector course here.it was a very difficult exam but im sure it will pay off in the future, thanks Pearson institute for letting me take my exam here and become certified
