I went to this store knowing how much wallpaper i needed,
but according to their system i should order a lot more than my calculations. Ultimately is my decision but i trusted their opinion,
needless to say, it cost me $ 80 in restocking fee. Paint and wallpaper were great quality.

Oh my. Oh my. Where do I begin?
We brought our 9 y/o (very artistically inclined) granddaughter into the store for what (we thought) would be our very brief and amateurish introduction to the extraordinary breadth of colors that are available. Instead, Mike came over, introduced himself, and gave VERY generously of his time to demonstrate and to educate our granddaughter. Mike then took us to the mixing area where Jake was equally generous with HIS time and explanations. These gentlemen treated our granddaughter as if she were their own.
Where does one find such employees?
What an incredible establishment!

I walked into this store with very limited knowledge of the personal home paint job I needed to do and with Dustin’s help I left there with all of the materials and knowledge I needed. It felt like I would never get that service or treatment at any other paint store I’ve ever been in. I won’t go anywhere else in the future.

How absolutely wonderful to find a store where customer service is still a top priority. A very special shout out to Kimberly for helping us to make the task of wallpapering our dining room pure joy. She is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, she is kind. I highly recommend Grauer’s and Kimberly should you ever decide to wallpaper. The selection there is amazing and delivery was fast and easy. Thank you, Grauer’s, as always for your professionalism and outstanding customer service.
