Took all 3 of my boys for a long overdue hair cut and they look fantastic. The stylists listened to what the boys wanted and talked them through how they were going to make it happen. It really was a great experience for them. Even with it being so busy this morning, they took their time and also talked to me about the hair cuts. Will definitely be going back š

Checked in online and the wait time given was 20 minutes. I got there in 5 but when I checked my phone the time had changed to 36 minute wait. I went in and confirmed the new time. She asked me my name and I sat down. After 50 minutes and seeing people come in after me and be called ahead of me even though my name was above theirs on the checked in board I asked when I was going to be called for my cut. A different girl told me I never checked in. I pointed to the person who I had spoken to. They all just looked at each other. They didnāt notice me sitting there ever time they took back a new person!!! I have used this location many times before and the people were great and I had no issues. The workers there now were not as professional and the customer service was horrible. I got up and left of course because if they canāt even manage the check in system they have I had no confidence in their ability to cut hair.

Took my son here to get his hair cut today before school starts. His hair was fairly long and we asked for a trim he wanted to keep it long. The stylist cut way more off than we asked and just doesnāt look right. She also didnāt seem very friendly at all. This was our second time here but unfortunately is going to be our last

Went in to get a haircut and a blow dry around 530. Checked in online and when it told me to head inside because it was my turn in 15 minutes. There was 1 person ahead of me. The lady in the front checks me in has me sit down and then later tells me she can only preform a haircut. No wash, no blow dry because there was only two stylists. Mind you they donāt close till 7 I believeā¦ and the person that was ahead of me was already just sat in the chair. She proceeded to tell me that I should have come earlier. Not happy with the customer service and having me wait to just send me away because you didnāt want to do what I wanted done. Will not return.

My wife was there with our daughters for haircut with the picture of the haircut she wanted, she even mention how she wanted. But ended up getting messed up.

I have been going here for a decade and I just can't keep going here. Time and time again, they have not listened to direction or asked for feedback. "a little off the top to blend" does not mean 3 inches. I have a wedding in a week, and now I'm going to have to buzz it off to make it look reasonable.

I have be going the stone mill location for about 3 years. Joy is my stylist and is quite frankly a joy. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and knows exactly what my hair needs are. The salon itself is wonderful and clean. All staff are kind and available. I wonāt go anywhere else.
