I enjoy coming in for haircuts- and I like the stylist I usually see, but have no problem if another person does the cut- the shop keeps my preferences in store so I don't have to explain every time! Personnel are pleasant and cheerful.

Never again! You always get some one new and god forbid they are fresh out of school. Asked for 2 inch’s taken off and got my hair so short I looked like a man and so uneven too! Nope no more!!!!

I went there today. Just wanted to get my hair straightened. Nothing fancy at all. They said 65 dollars for it. I asked about hair cut and they said extra 20 for that but that didn’t include any wash or anything. My hair is not long. I found their prices shocking! Just left without getting anything done. I couldn’t believe Great Clips would be so unreasonably expensive. I thought people went there because they were cheaper than other salons.
In another salon today, I paid 45 for wash, hair cut and styling.

I have been coming in for a while. They don't allow you to wait for the person you prefer. This cut I was called by a young lady who was new. Never cut a man's hair before. At one point another employee came over to show her how to cut the way I like my hair. Got scalped ! You need to train new hires. She never cut a man's hair.

My son went in to the Willow Street salon. He’s in his 30’s just wanted a shorter style. The girl that cut his hair did a terrible cut. His bangs were uneven. His length in the back was uneven and the side burns looked stupid. Waste of money.
Never go there again. My daughter came over and cut his hair with clippers and she did a great job. She’s not a hair stylist.
(Check your records, Saturday, the 10th, Randy, you’ll be able to figure out who cut his hair)

My son came in for a simple fade. The cut was ridiculously fast. After getting home, we noticed his hairline was really long, and there was a bald spot on the back of his head. Horrible job on a simple cut

I'm not fussy about my hair. I get the same cut every time and have never complained when it's a little off. It's only hair it will grow back. But this Great Clips gave me such a bad hair cut I literally cry when I have to leave the house. When I went back to see if they could fix it they told me it was my calic making it look so bad. Sorry, I've had the same calic all my life and it never caused such a horrendous hair cut. It will litteraly take months for this disaster to grow out enough to fix. I'm horrified. Beware...you get what you pay for. And it isn't good

Reviews speak VOLUMES about any company! With that being said I truly suggest some continuing education for staff who work with the public and children. My son was upset and is nervous about the hair salon. When we walked he was yelling (he is also 3) and upset. Instead of being welcoming and encouraging to him. A stylist with bright green hair is giving me horrible glare and asked if I needed to be checked in. I responded I wanted to calm my son down and then work on checking them in. She seemed flustered and was ? annoyed by my son. I was already embarrassed and trying to calm him down and help him feel comfortable. Then she yells he can’t be yelling in the salon. All of this was completely unnecessary and unprofessional!Well obviously I knew this, and I was trying to calm him down because he was scared. The other customer waiting in the same area was kinder to me than the one stylist (bright green hair) and was talking to my son and other children.The other stylist working, and the one who cut my other son’s hair was very kind and had so much grace. She said I didn’t need to apologize, she came from a big family and she understood. I appreciated her kindness and patience.
