“wanted to purchase a firearm but was unsure what exactly i wanted (and had very limited gun knowledge). i stopped in and spoke with Tyler, who answered every one of my questions in a nonjudgmental way. left pretty much knowing what i wanted, but just had to decide if i was going with 9mm or .45… which Tyler made easy a few days later with some individual training on the range. made my mind up, perused their offerings, and walked out with my new gun.
