What kind of crappy store doesn’t offer you bags for your clothing that you purchase! They wanted us to pay for our bags!! Never walking into that store again, they said we’re encouraging you to bring your used bags in yourself! Just want I want to do carry used bags into a mall and walk around with them in the off chance I’ll purchase something from them! Sounds like more corporate greed!! Hopefully soon you guys will be out of business too! The cashiers were rude too acted like they were dead inside! 9/5/24 around 5:00pm.

The worse welcome we had, we went straight to see a shirt on the manikins and the lady was so ruse yelling to not touch the shirt, the way she was looking at us until we left was awful, we drove 1.5h to get there just for that treatment very Sad.

I was standing in line for 15 minutes to return an item and the whale at the register was having a nasty attitude with the people around her whether it was employees or customers. When it was my turn instead of giving me store credit, the whale told me I could return the item but not get anything back, somehow I’m surprised I was still able to exchange it for something else despite her having an awful attitude toward everyone around her. I will not return to this location until these lowsy managers get that whale out of there and have more respect towards customers.

It’s an alright store. usually have no issues but I got a few pairs of pants and wanted to try one on in the fitting room. The guy in charge of the fitting rooms gave me a thing for the fitting room that says I only have 1 item. When me and my girlfriend went in the room, some other guy that works there tells her to get out because apparently only one person can go in at a time? So she complied and gets out and waited in front. She was fine there until 30 seconds later the same guy comes over and tells her she can’t stand there either and makes her wait at the exit of the fitting room. It was pretty inconvenient having to walk back and forth to show her how the clothes fit when she literally could have just stayed in the room or stood in front. Especially considering they know the item count I have so they would know I wouldn’t be stealing. Next time I go I’m really hoping I don’t have to deal with a hall monitor
