“It was amazing! The manager and show person, Garret, explained things so clearly, demonstrated the beds with unquestionable expertise, and so quickly helped me determine exactly the right bed. Theough interviewing me we found the right bed within 10 minutes. And they both had such winning personalities that made the finalizing and paying such fun! Of course the bed really sells itself but without the wonderful people I could have walked out without engaging!”
“We previously worked with Henrietta and her team on updates to our kitchen, so we knew when it came to a complete remodel of our primary bathroom we wanted Henrietta Heisler Interiors Inc. to help us. From start to finish they helped us with every detail of the project; design, finding an amazing contractor and even being on site when we were away on vacation. Besides helping us create an amazing design, that we certainly would not have come up with on our own, the HHI team was also very respectful and mindful of our budget. They were able to value engineer in areas that initially put us beyond our budget without making us feel like we were sacrificing anything from the overall design or features that were important to us. “I visited this shop for the first time today. I cannot explain properly just how much of a lovely experience it was shopping there. The owner was so friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I am a vintage jewelry fan and they had a beautiful selection reasonably priced. They also had a wonderful selection of artisan crafted more modern jewelry. I bought a piece from that type of collection, a beautiful ring. It is a treasure. I will definitely be back next month to buy other pieces from this collection. They also had an extremely wonderful collection of vintage clothing. With my purchase today I received a gift with purchase an amazing bottle of a rose scented oil infused with what I believe is fresh flowers. I'm sitting here with some on my wrists and I have to say I smell amazing lol. The gift was icing on the cake. Love love love this shop!”

“We have always purchased Ethan Allen furniture because the quality and customer service are above all others! We visited the Lancaster store after moving to State College, PA. We met with Linda and chatted for a while. She quickly caught on to our home style and design taste. Within a couple of hours we planned, designed, and purchased an entire room of furniture for the home we are building Recently we wanted to add a sofa to another room and Linda offered ideas, complete with room renderings and photos...all by text, email, and FaceTime. We look forward to enjoying all of this new furniture as soon as our home is complete. Linda is simply the best! She is very responsive and accommodating...not to mention so talented! “I had one of the best customer service experience today at this store 80% of my furniture I bought it from west elm. It’s my favorite furniture store. With that being said I called to the store to see if there is anything I want specifically for sofas and swivel chairs. I spoke to Ella first and she was amazing, she took her time check for all the inventory and get back to me. I drove 2;45 minutes and bought all I wanted again with Ella’ amazing support!
