Was sold a refrigerator today that was on sale and in this week's circular. It was billed as free delivery so long as the purchase was above $399. The salesman not only tried to charge me an extra $89 for delivery, he also guaranteed me that since he was writing in the delivery notes "2nd floor apartment delivery, that the fridge would be delivered inside and up one flight of stairs. When I got home and read the invoice, it stated "outside delivery only." Deceptive sales tactics and untrained staff. I would not reccomend this particular Home Depot to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES HERE
Store does not tell the truth about the items they sell nor stand behind the products and they definitely do not help the customer. If you are thinking of buying an appliance here do yourself a favor and go out into route 30, roll your window down after you’ve hit about 50mph and chuck a thousand dollars out the window (at least you’ll have a cool story to tell)—well that or shop somewhere else! If you try to call appliances, do not expect to get through. After going through the entire automated responses and getting transferred to customer service...They will just hang up on your call every time.

Going to Lowe's since they accept Apple pay. It's 2024 and they still don't have any NFC capability. Huge fail, loss of business

I pick up orders consistently at the pro counter and most every employee is usually very polite and helpful. However Kristie, who i’ve run into a couple times has been unpleasant to deal with every interaction. She is very rude and impolite. I saw her attitude completely change with other customers she recognized and then revert back to unpleasant with me.
