the guy in the beanie and the light brown/blonde hair with the upper lip piercing and the gauges was very passive aggressive cutting into other works conversations with me and ease dropped into me and my friends conversation to rudely correct my friend about a name.

The emo employees can at least say hi. The clothing there is very cheap material and super thin I can easily poke a finger through it. But it's ok I guess.

The workers are so kind & helpful. There were two employees by the name of Autumn & Alexis at this store working that made our shopping experience a great one. The sales were great, just in time for school shopping.

Staff was incredibly standoffish and confrontational when I didnt wish to give my phone number. In the future please respect your customer's wishes to decline. The manager's response when i told him to drop it was thats his jobin very nasty tone. nope your job is to sell me a t -shirt. Overall this experience made me uncomfortable and i will not be coming back to purchase shirts here anymore. Thanks.

Went for the Sleep Token listening party on May 9th. Male employee, green hair. Standing in the back, talking about how all Sleep Token songs sound the same, now they're not metal, they're not original, etc. etc. during a Sleep Token listening party... I immediately left. Ruined the entire thing for me. I spent $90 on merch and then had it ruined for me by a bitter, unprofessional employee. Your job in retail is to sell to the customer, not bad mouth the band your store is having a listening party for. I sincerely hope someone pulls this individual aside and reminds them that customers can hear their remarks and to keep opinions about merch they sell to themselves while on work time.

This shop is very clean and organized! The employees are absolute gems. I had the pleasure of meeting Kody, Phoebe, and Danny today. Extremely hard workers, with fantastic customer service skills. These three know what they are doing!

Don't normally review mall stores but the employee ALEX was so nice (she coordinates the surprise bags, I loved mine!)
I got free Pocky with my stuff and got so many coupons that I may prioritize going this one over the one much closer to my house in Berkshire Mall.
