I will never use them again. Had been long time customer, but since the agent I had left these past 2 years couldn't be worse. Different agents, basically same hours wasted, and ridiculously unprofessional & rip off experiences. They weren't knowledgeable or helpful, rude, and did nothing. Then again suprise changed the cost at the very end & overcharged without informing me.

Jospeh Haggerty is rude. He says it doesn’t matter that he filed my taxes last year with the wrong ssn. I have been waiting since October 4, 2024 for even a partial refund that this man says he has made it his mission to make sure I do not get. Meanwhile, my taxes this year cannot be submitted because the IRS thinks there’s an issue with my Social Security number because this clown submitted them incorrectly last year leading to issues this year. This company is the biggest scam. No one wants to take any kind of accountability. I have been calling since November of last year complaining about this and nobody cares. Class action lawsuit is what needs to happen ASAP because of this location and the handling of this company. They claim their stuff is 100% legit. There’s no issues with my tax return other than the IRS can’t verify the Social Security number I have always had is correct. I am 35 years old and I’ve never had this issue until this clown. Joseph Haggerty jacked up my taxes. Two years in a row, there’s been issues and two years in a row. It’s because of this company.

I called in to make appointment and the lady who answered the phone was so incredibly rude and actually shouted at me for no apparent reason. I ended up hanging up on her for raising her voice at me and I’ll never recommend an H and R block again. Horrible experience.

Had an appointment at 2 pm on Saturday, 3rd February, and I was waiting to call me more then 1 hour, finally had to cancel my appointment because 3 people came in with walk in and they meet other available h&r specialists but nobody asked us if we want to meet someone else who is available. Susan McMullen was the person who had an appointment with us

I would absolutely never go back to this place. I made an appointment and waited for 2 hours after my appointment just to be seen the first time, couldn’t keep my appointment because I had to go to work. Had to come back a second time, the tax preparer was late again. Was charged an exorbitant amount of money like $300 dollars to the HR BLOCK company just to have been told I owe money to the IRS (which was an incorrect amount as well). If I could do it all over again I would just do it my self, less time wasted, less money wasted, and less time spent dealing with this massive headache of an establishment. The people were sweet and polite enough however when it comes to business it doesn’t make up for gross disorganization.

Suzanne Suzanne Suzanne… that’s who your gonna ask for if you want someone professional Precise and hands down amazing to do your taxes ..I had a issue with another tax agency that told me I would have to mail my taxes in last hopes I went and met a angel by the name of Suzanne who not only fixed the other agency mistake she got me approved my the irs in under a hour where as I was just told I would have to mail it out by another agency in another location. Ty Suzanne so much and a special shout out to Nicole who was not there when I arrived but I was recommended to check her out and that’s how I meet Suzanne Ty !!
