We had a tremendous experience with Interiors home recently as we furnished our new home in Lancaster Pennsylvania. All members of each department (design, sales, Finance and delivery and set-up) were very customer oriented and provided first class satisfaction.
Would gladly revisit for additional furniture or next new home.

What truly sets Interiors Home apart is the exceptional customer service. Wendy was knowledgeable and passionate about helping me find the perfect pieces to transform my music room.
Although you may have a preconceived notion that Interiors Home is upper tier (and trust me - they do have some incredibly elegant and expensive pieces), I found pieces in my budget. I bought one thing from the warehouse (discount), a custom sofa that was more affordable than I hoped, a hand-knotted rug (there's the splurge), and light fixtures I couldn't resist.
From offering expert advice on existing furniture placement and financing the purchase, to ensuring a seamless delivery and installation, Interiors Home went above and beyond to make a shopping experience truly memorable. Thanks Wendy I'll be back!

We shopped all the local furniture stores and found a product that we really liked, that had all the qualities, features, and comfort we wanted. The process at Interior Homes was thorough, respectful, and articulated clearly. They had multiple checks and balances to ensure that what we were custom ordering would be right. We were pleasantly surprised when our order was processed quickly by the factory and heard that our delivery date would be sooner than expected. The delivery team were great, did exactly what they said they would do and a little extra. We'd give this entire process two thumbs up for sure. Our sales associate Su Gayman was a blast to work with. She was on point with her follow up and customer service.

I agree with the others that the customer warranty and service on poorly manufactured products is horrible. I suggest using their large showroom to find a piece you like and researching it online to confirm it's a quality brand at a good price. Because we've gotten some horrible quality pieces from here and I wouldn't do that again. Some pieces, like our Flexsteel, are doing great though.

Poor quality. We bought a couch almost $4000 and within the first year the seams were ripping and a crunched when you sat down. The staff are very friendly, but not very accommodating when it comes to holding to the quality of their furniture.

False advertisement in the show room. Be careful what you see is not what you get. As is not the option is false advertisement you complain and they dont care to assist all they want is your money. if you're not satisfied they dont care that you're happy with their product.

Over the years, we have purchased many things from Interiors. EVERY experience is amazing. Renee is our sales associate and she is the best. She is so creative and patient. We recently had some things delivered, the delivery communication and delivery experience was amazing. Jeremy was our delivery person and he was so great.
