I’ve never been a fan of taking my vehicles to big dealerships. J&C Auto has been great to me. Fortunately so far I’ve only had to use them for vehicle inspections and some very minor repairs. But on those repairs, they were able to answer my questions in a thorough and professional matter. I’ve felt taken care of as a customer there!

My Honda dealership refused to acknowledge a suspension issue for over a year to avoid fixing my car under warranty. J&C Auto found the problem in under a minute and fixed it in a time shorter than promised. My car has performed flawlessly since visiting. J&C does high-quality work quickly at a great price.

Absolutely amazing place. They care about the customer and are 100% trustworthy; they will always tell me when something is actually a safety issue versus when it is something that can wait until later. They don’t take advantage of the customer’s lack of knowledge and try to explain things before they do them. I can’t say enough positively about Jerry, Colin, Ethan, and Dawn.

I had a great experience with J&C Auto when I took my CX30 Mazda in for a few repairs. The service was not only fast but also very affordable. Jerry was honest, knowledgeable, and truly went out of his way to help. It's refreshing to find a shop that you can trust, and I highly recommend J&C Auto to anyone in the Lancaster, PA area looking for reliable, honest auto repair.
