This J.Crew Factory store has super nice and wonderful staff who go above and beyond, providing great and attentive customer service. Employees are very helpful in getting different sizes and colors. The store is pretty small compared to other locations and had low inventory, not having what some customers sought. However, the professional and courteous staff made customers, and even their dog, feel very welcomed.
Very nice store! Sales are nice as their prices can be pretty high, think $80 for a sweater.

The gals working today were wonderful. There weren't many people in the store so I felt l like I got some personal service as I tried on what seemed like half the women's section. The employees were super attentive in getting different sizes/colors if needed and checking on me as I went through my selection.
