This is my go to place to shop! Rita and Theresa helped me today as I'm preparing for a trip. I'm always given an honest opinion as to the appropriate size for me. Care is taken in displaying clothes for the particular season. While trying on your clothes you will find that they are helpful but also give you space to decide. Ladies do not hesitate to shop here, you won't regret it!

Customer Service is the worst! The rep was rude and nasty. Looking at clothes she kept hounding me, and wasn’t pleasant about it either - then when I refused for the 8th time, she told me that ‘the bigger’ sizes were in the back. Horrible…I know I will never be back to this store, but I most likely will stop my love of J Jill.

Had exactly what I wanted. Store hours are poor . 11 to 7 everyday. Really this is mall hours everyday . and it's outside of the mall.

Today I encountered the gruffest meanest employee ever while shopping at J.Jill Park City. She should be asked to go home early while having such a bad day! I will NOT be back to this store anytime soon for fear of her being there. I have too many choices of stores to shop in to put myself near her misery.
