Yesterday I was there, at first everything was going very well because I knew I had asked for something difficult to do. I was there for 9 hours but no one told me that what I asked for couldn't be finished or couldn't be done. I went home at8:30 pm, I couldn't complain because I didn't have time to see the results properly because it was too late ,they didn't finish it and they made me pay240 USD for leaving my hair terribly bad. I'm crying and I can't leave the house because of shame

I call in to do my hair and apparently after 1 pm they do not accept clients even when they close at 7 pm. What they are doing with the company time??? Who knows.

They lady was nice but didn't do what I wanted and the dye was running before I even washed my hair just 2 days after my appointment.

I had long hair halfway down my back and I made an appointment for a perm. I was there from 11:00-4:30 and the perm didn't take. This was devastating but even more so, then the stylist kept cutting my hair shorter. If the perm didn't take, fine, but don't keep cutting my hair! She took probably 6 inches off until it was all said and done. I was not charged for the perm. But still had to pay for a haircut that I didn't even want. The salon manager reached out to me to try the perm again, however, I wanted long wavy hair. It is too short now to do anything. I will never go here again. They tried to blame it on the fact that I use Pantene shampoo and conditioner. They said that's why it didn't take. If this is such an issue, why not ask me about what I use before even starting the perm? I left in tears with chopped up hair and no curls.

My first time at this salon and I will definitely be back! All the staff seemed very kind, genuine and friendly. Huge shout-out to Gwen, who cut my hair with so much care and excellent skill. Gwen even asked me how I wanted it to be styled, which is something most other stylists (at least in my experience) don't ask. So my hair turned out so fabulous and I'm so happy I went to this salon. The ladies here are super sweet and accommodating. I get my hair done by Tim and so does my daughter and he is amazing! We love his vibe and how he does our hair.

I mean, my haircut turned out OK, but the vibe here is just quite depressing. Not sure how else to describe it. Old looking drop ceiling, generic salon pictures on the wall, fm radio playing a fuzzy channel.I also witnessed a stylist answer their cell phone literally while in the middle of shampooing someone's hair. I feel like that's just in really poor taste

Ashley is the best. Listens to what you want but can also be very creative with your hair if you want. I love my hair.

This was my second time going back to Ashley. She never fails to have me leave with a smile on my face. The amount of care she puts into her work is amazing. I always leave with the look I wanted and couldn’t be any happier!

I asked for highlights with my dark brown hair and nothing changed so I went back the next day and the lady made me fully blond. The service seemed nice but the lady who did my hair kept on telling me stories about her life to make me feel bad. I would recommend anyone but Ashley (the lady who did my hair.) I also spent around $200 to just re dye it to my natural color less then a month later.
