Laura was AMAZING. I ended up at this store because I was heading to a funeral which was 2 hours away from my home and ended up leaving the outfit that I was going to wear to the funeral at home. So stopped at a previous store. I won't name worst experience I could have had but they did have a great employee there but the disorganization of all of their items was overwhelming. So I did buy a worst case scenario outfit. But once I saw that I was passing Park City Mall, I stopped there at JCPenney and was able to get the assistance from Laura that I needed to purchase a suit that made me comfortable in my skin for how I want it to look and feel on tomorrow. She was a wonderful person assisting me with something that I hate doing with your shipping in person. I could not have had a better experience. She is definitely an asset to this team.

JC Penney is my favorite place to shop for clothes and make up they have a very well staffed makeup section, I've always shot at this JC Penney for all my clothing needs and makeup needs. The staff is both friendly and helpful.

Store is pretty outdated overall. Was turned away by their mattress dept. Mattresses were very dirty/stained. Obviously they have people climbing on them.

Customer service at this store was absolutely appalling. Mismarked item, ask for manager to resolve. Got young kid, Logan, completely disrespectful, actually said to me on our way to show him the sign "doesn't matter what sign says, I am not giving it to you for that", showed him signs (3 of them on that isle) but he didn't care. Asked for his supervisor, we waited for a while, no one came. Asked again and Logan said "I am not going to get anyone." Then Logan, said it to my husband, "it doesn't matter who you talk to because you know what's going to happen....nothing, nothing is going to happen". He then finally got another lady to come over she was not in charge either. This kid needs to learn how to handle customers and issues without being ignorant to people. Would have been completely different if after he saw the sign apologized for the error and admitted a mistake. When they advertise wrong price they should have to honor it!

The prices were fabulous at this store. I was able to get my granddaughter a precious red velvet Christmas dress with purse for 50% off. Our Penney's in MD closed many years ago so this was a special treat for me.

Need to improve their Big & Tall dept. to include more urban clothing at better prices. Will not buy sneakers there any longer due to them dropping the Nike brand.

When I went to return a suit blazer today, the customer service representative, Arelis, in the returns department was very rude and insinuated that the suit blazer I was returning had been washed and stated that I may not be able to return it. The fact of the matter is that I did not wash it. She said she need to talk to the manager.After about 15 minutes, she did finally retrieve a manager and the return was granted as "one time" complimentary gesture in her own words. Totally ridiculous and outlandish.I did not appreciate the fact that she kept smelling the blazer and stating it had been washed. When I told her it was never washed, she dismissed my claim.By the way, she was the only employee that was not wearing her name badge. I had to ask her what her name was. I will not be back to JCPenney anytime soon after this unfortunate event. I have purchases a lot of products here in the past. She needs to work on her customer service skills and learn to listen to her customers. EPIC FAIL!!!

Early Black Friday sales , found some great bargains. Doug at register was very friendly. Store was well stocked. I found a parking space close and was in and out quickly.

Went there with a coupon given from store. Most item I was unable to use coupon. Bought items in clearence and was not aware you had to find a ticket marked in pink to get a special price. The fine print for older people might be made just alittle larger to be able to read.

Not enough registers open. Ground floor, no register available at lingerie. Escalators not working, I'm handicap with lung disease and it's hard to breathe. I had to walk far to find an open register. There is no way to know where to go. Should have been direction as to where exactly to go.

My wife actually went to the JCP Salon, Sheri did her hair for a wedding in a style that no one has been able to tackle but Sheri did it and my wife is so happy that she will continue seeing Sheri from now on, Bravo Sheri, Thanks from a very happy husband
