Everyone was very knowledgeable but also very uninterested in helping. Bare minimum for a $500 receipt.

Went to another suit shop first which was a mistake. Walked in and we were greeted by several employees. Mike helped my son find a suit and shoes . Great price! Great customer service. Mike was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this store

This 5 star rating is for Mike!!! He was super helpful thru the entire process and was able to get thru customer service to find out why my suit was running late. Easy to work with and very friendly.

For the record, we did not rent a suit but it is due to the atrocious customer service we experienced on multiple occasions. Chris was very kind in helping us with picking out a suit, however the manager or other gentlemen treated him terribly in front of us. They didn't have us try anything on and options were limited. Then the kicker was speaking to Teresa to schedule an appointment, who was incredibly rude to me on the phone. Unnecessarily rude... We went to Central PA Tuxedo and Doug was super kind and made everything incredibly easy. It is a shame as we were looking forward to getting our wedding suits here.

Worst customer service ever by store #0414 with Debbie(manager) and Brian (manager). Our wedding venue cancelled /delayed opening. It took me contacting corporate to get our suit rental deposits back. Debbie ranted she is too busy with in store clients to help me on the phone and if I drive in and in front of her. Then she would help me. Other wise I’ll have to wait until she feels like helping a client spending over $1200. I call back in to get the most rude person of all Brian. He let me know he can do refunds but refused to do ours. Why? “His manager Debbie told him she will take care of it so he will let her do that”. I asked over and over, you can do a refund? “Yes” then could you please give us the refund we are due and let us move our business else where. Brian went into how he used to be a security guard at my employer and everyone is incompetent there, so that means I am as well. I literally can’t believe this is customer service? Stay far away from this store!! 1651 Manheim pike, Lancaster Pa.

My son needed his groomsmen attire which ended up being pants and a shirt. That's it. To rent. Close to $100. Approximately one week before wedding we had a shoe change and called to add shoes and was told there would be an additional $20 fee for being last minute. I ended up finding the exact shoe on Amazon for $23!!We were absolutely not told things needed to be returned the day after the wedding, despite an employee stating we were - I do not lie. It was an out of town wedding, no way that was getting there the next day. Another $20, per day it's late. It was started on the paperwork, that I didn't look at until later, my bad. But getting ready for a wedding I was just glad this came in on time, not focused on the papers that I assumed were receipts.Customer service lacked. No one was rude, but not friendly either.I was told I would get a call when the suit came in, I even called weeks later to confirm this. Yet, no phone call. I did however get an email.My overall experience for our specific outfit, fit - pants were too short, I would have been much better off purchasing an outfit and save myself some money.Oh and despite them not believing us, they did take $20 per day late fee charge off.

I was in on 9/30 with my husband to get a suit for a few weddings that we have coming up. We had the pleasure of working with Mike. He was very attentive to our needs & wants and really took his time with us, considering they were pretty busy. He was great. Thanks again, Mike! We will be back!

Basic customer service skills lacking and poor awareness and communication:I’m am in a wedding party and we all got matching suits from here to purchase. I called yesterday to make sure I was able show up the following day after work. The woman on the phone said “yea just show up tomorrow that is fine,” I asked what the hours were, she said “we close at 9 so get there by 8:30 so we have enough time.”The following day after work, I showed up at 8:10 to be fitted for a suit that was already picked out. I arrived and walked over to the sizing area and the guy tells me he “cannot help me, we are busy, and that i should have scheduled an appointment” (even though the woman on the phone said nothing about the appointment the day before). I proceeded to say nicely “well this is kinda unfortunate considering I just drove 45 minutes hoping to get sized for the wedding and the woman on the phone told me I can just show up and said nothing about an appointment”. Hoping he would possibly understand the situation and help me out since I’m already here. With no sympathy or apology, he says “yeah well we are already busy you should have scheduled an appointment, there is also another location in your area so you could have just also went there instead.” I obviously came here because this is where I was instructed to go by the one getting married and because the 5 other guys came here to be fitted and figured it would streamline things and make it easier.Pretty annoying considering I wasted nearly 2 hours on a Friday night and wasted gas. But the main frustration is the fact the employee showed zero sympathy given the circumstances. Even if he couldn’t help me, an “I’m really sorry but we are very busy at the moment, can I schedule in for another time” would have went a long way, but that is clearly far too much to ask. He said neither and did not even try to schedule me in and instead told me to call and schedule. You have to love a employee, that shows no sympathy and can’t even go above and beyond enough to schedule me in while standing directly in front of him, that has to punch the clock as soon as it hits closing time rather than helping a customer that was misguided by a fellow staff member.I never leave reviews, frankly I have better things to do than complain about little things. But this place had me frustrated and I will not be returning here and would not recommend.

Debbie, the manager was dismissive, rude, and downright mean when I called to resolve an issue. I was treated as less than a customer and as if I was not a groom getting ready to be married and buying a suit from Joseph A Bank. Her inability to speak with even an ounce of respect has lost this company a customer.

Her inability to speak with even an ounce of respect has lost this company a customer. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to purchase a suit or any formal clothing.
