If I could give this NO stars I WOULD. Customer service was HORRIBLE I’m convinced the employees know nothing about their job or got no training ? they gave me a shoe that was a 7M & a shoe that was a 5.5M then tried to tell me they were the same size. Soon after she figures out it’s CLEARLY not the same size then claims they don’t have a 5.5M EVEN THOUGH that’s the size that was the display, so apparently they couldn’t find the other 5.5M. Another customer must have 2 different shoe sizes because I’m more than sure they sold it without checking them, the lady that was helping me acted so dumb & gave me attitude for no reason. As if it was my fault she couldn’t read her shoe sizes ?? never again shopping at this Salem location.

Visited the store for the first time in a couple years; and I must say the service we received was nothing short of excellent. We were helped by Kaytlyn, and we were so impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable and attentive she was. We'll definitely be shopping there more in the future.
