THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. This nail tech did not “have time” to paint my nails and still charged me $45 for this refill. I am currently leaving with my nails unpainted. Horrible customer service. Unbelievable.

Super rude. It was my first time at this salon. So I needed to learn what they had and make a plan on what I wanted. I changed my mind twice, mind you while she was still taking off my old color. Each time she made a huge deal about it and talked about to someone in the salon. As if to shame me. Then proceeded to tell me for a fill it was $90!!!! Insane, the owner (male) got super defensive with me when I talked to him about it. I showed him prices at the other LA nails in lititz (I know it’s not related). But to show a comparison in pricing. He was sooo angry I felt uncomfortable. I told them that’s fine I’ll pay whatever but I won’t come back. Sad because I just moved 2 hours away and need a new salon!

I was in town trying to get a full set and pedicure on a Saturday. Every other nail salon was closed at 5pm except for 2-3. I found this one on google maps. It was clean!! Big one for me. David had a good personality but even better he did a meticulous job!!!!!!! I will be tipping accordingly!

I used to go to the other location, but they charge credit card fees. This location is awesome. Right off of Route 30, the technicians are great and they do a fabulous job. get a pedicure ASAP, it is awesome

L.A. Nails Lancaster is a fantastic place for all your nail needs! The staff is friendly and professional, and they really pay attention to detail. I had a gel pedicure, and it was so relaxing. The salon is clean, and the atmosphere is so calming. I’ll definitely be back!
