There should really be more than one person working at a place like this. One person can't check everyone in AND do all the bloodwork, etc. The light wasn't working in the room I was in, so I had my blood taken in a very dimly lit room. The needles and everything for drawing blood were just out in the open for any patient to tamper with. They should be in a drawer or something. This place just needs to be more sanitarily and efficiently and that would require more staffing.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life as it pertains to customer service. First, I had an appointment @ 1:30; the lady at the front desk is on the phone. Now, I can understand it potentially being an important phone call, but you can still acknowledge your clients. The other four people waiting told me she also did not acknowledge them. She wraps up her call…then proceeds to make another! No acknowledgment! After I finally get scene, she asks me why I’m there, I was a little taken aback as I had schedules an appointment. I told her that I was there for a biometric screening and she flat out said, ‘I don’t see that here’. She said she could see there was an appointment set, but not for what. I showed her my email and she continued to say it didn’t indicate that I scheduled anything but an appointment. She then asked why I wanted a biometric screening, which I thought was rude. She then said she can’t help me and handed me a sticky note with customer service’s phone number. Completely unapologetic, she just repeated she could not help and I just walked out. When working with the public, you need to have empathy and class and this lady had none. Never will I return here or recommend anyone coming here.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Today, I asked the lady I had to have my blood drawn where they always do it because my arm veins are very thin and she told me not to question her job. Also, she spoke really loud where the other patients could hear and the other person who works with her was laughing. I had never had such a bad experience in a place where they should treat people with love.

I gave them a 1 star review only because 0 stars is not an option.
Showed up at 9:20 for an APPOINTMENT I had at 9:30. There was only one employee checking in a room full of people AND doing their screenings. Ridiculous. The fact that I had an appointment didn’t seem to matter as numerous walk-ins were taken before me. What should have taken 10-15 minutes took over an hour. I will never come back here again.

I wasn't aware that there were labs that didn't handle urine, but here's one.
I waited a half hour to be called up to the front desk. When I said I was here for a urine drug screen, I was told they "obviously don't do that here" . Obvious how? There was no signage that said otherwise. My paperwork said go to labcorp, so I went.
I was already annoyed with them as the front desk staff were making incredibly callous remarks about a child who was screaming in the back while getting her blood drawn.
Labcorp as a whole is a severely dissapointing company.
However, if you must go I suggest avoiding this location. Especially if you have children needing blood work or anything to do with urine testing.

I came for a Biometric screening through my employer. I got here and checked in online via a link. There was one employee doing paperwork & bloodwork. After waiting for 20 minutes, I approached the lady at the desk to ask how long I had to wait. She said she was super busy and couldn't tell me. She actually said to come back tomorrow. I don't blame the lady but for Labcorp to have one person managing the front desk & also doing the bloodwork is outrageous. I would never come back to this place

I often have to get blood work done 4x a year so, coming to this labcorp is usually very easy. I came in on 4/25/24 early in the morning to get my tests done (I had nine of them) so that usually is 3 vials worth. The technician I got, I don't remember her name but I don't believe it was Jennifer based on the great comments she has received here, had a terrible attitude. Three quarters of the way through the extraction, she increased pressure on the needle which led to it hitting a nerve in the crook of my right arm and sending an electric shock-like feeling straight from the injection site to my wrist along with shooting pain. Instead of withdrawing the needle, she continued to keep it in while I am gasping in pain on the chair. After removing it, I told her she nicked my nerve and described what I was feeling and she chose to argue with me and say "I only got the vein, I didn't hit any nerve." I would like to believe that I know my own body and I have felt nerve pain like this before yet implied by her, she didn't hit my nerve. It's been almost a week and I still get electric shock like pain in my wrist region and stabbing pain if I extend my arm at the wrist. I would highly encourage labcorp to get this technician some additional training in how to talk to patients and to conduct a safe blood extraction because arguing with the patient and suggesting that what the patient is feeling is not indicative of hitting a nerve is not appropriate behavior. I am very disappointed with this location and I won't be coming back if I get this technician again before she has received additional training.

I am not an easy stick! I usually leave these places with bruises. However, Jennifer was quick! All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I left feeling at ease knowing there is a place I can go to in the future if needed!

This place is amazing! I always make an appointment and I have been taken back so quickly. I have been there 4 times because my doctor’s office could not get my blood. The technicians here always can get it done! They are always sooo nice to me! Thanks for your hard work and great service!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at LabCorp, all thanks to Jennifer. From the very start, she greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I felt welcomed. Throughout my visit, Jennifer was not only professional but also exceptionally attentive and personable. She took the time to answer every question and explain procedures in a way that was easy to understand. Her dedication to my comfort throughout the process really stood out. I’m truly grateful for her kindness and recommend LabCorp to anyone looking for excellent service.
