Don't have your arrows done here. Shot into my target once and the outserts are pulling off on more than one arrow. They basically told me good luck. Won't be spending any more money here

1. Yea let me send my arrows in, in the middle of hunting season.
2. They aren't breaking until they are shot into the target so I can only imagine how effective they won't be when shooting a deer
3. I'm sure with glue already in the outserts and the arrow they won't fit back on
4. You did put them on. I paid for you guys to do the work on my arrows so I wouldn't have to drive to my nearest bow shop which isn't close. Otherwise I would have had them cut my arrows as well and not paid you to.

Lancaster archery has sadly been going downhill, my experience has been with inventory issues, multiple times now something has been "in stock" when my order was placed, then after days of no shipping notification, come to find it it is not in stock. In my most recent order attempt, they don't even have an ETA when more of the items will arrive! I understand back orders but clearly their inventory tracking is not up to speed, and they are not communicating when they cannot fulfill an order.

Was in the area for my wife’s job. Decided to pay a visit to Lancaster Archery. Upon arrival and walking up the stairs I was greeted with smiling faces and professionalism! I am from Texas and always wanted to visit, well worth it!!! Great group of people that make archery what it is!!! My only regret I did not have a pocket full of money !???

I’m leaving a review for the website as I’ve never been to the physical location. Lancaster Archery has provided the best customer service I’ve ever received from a company. If you have a problem they answer the phone immediately and whoever you talk to is going to be super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I started ordering from them fairly recently but in the first phone call they created a lifetime customer.

Horrendous customer service. A cam broke on my crossbow and it should have been a warranty claim. Instead, I get a call and I'm told I "partially" dry fired. The person then proceeded to laugh about the situation. I'm not sure the claim was even processed. No one asked me what happened so what explanation was on the claim. I was then told I could pay more to fix it than I paid for it new or I could buy a new bow. I'm so appalled at how this person talked to me and laughed at the situation.

Such an amazing atmosphere, and amazing staff that are very knowledgeable about what they offer. I went in to buy a scope and while waiting heard all the employees helping buyers find crossbows/bows that fit without shoving the most expensive one at them but actually tailoring the bow to the archer. I can’t wait to go back and get some bows for my kids.

I ordered my items from Lancaster Archery at approximately 1:45 PM yesterday, and they were delivered by 12:30 PM today—less than 24 hours later! This is unbelievable, I am impressed!

Definitely the best one stop shop. Brad was very helpful in building and tuning my new elite compound bow, highly recommend making the trip and shopping around at Lancaster archery supply.
