I was disappointed by the lack of attentiveness from the staff. They didn’t check in, instead spending time chatting amongst themselves in the corner. If the owner happens to see this, I hope you’ll agree that great service means being proactive—especially when the lounge is empty. Telling guests to come up to the bar, rather than approaching them directly, doesn’t reflect the hospitality I know you aim to deliver. Might be a good idea to review your cameras to observe the development opportunities.

We Came in @10:40pm and was rushed to chose a cigar & rushed out the of the door. No cigar lounge etiquette, no hospitality. For this I give 1*

Cigar selection is okay. Nothing crazy compared to a lounge that’s been around a while. Padron seems a bit over priced as well.

Love the service there. A staple in the Lancaster community, this cozy spot offers quality cigars at a great price. The bartender Olivia is the best, makes my drinks perfect every time, Jack the cigar expert they have there is very knowledgeable about their cigars and is willing to help you pick out the perfect cigar, and their wings are the best in the city.

First time here and i am impressed. Liv, Angelica and Jack are all so friendly and make great suggestions. The fried pork and tostones is so good. I will definitley be back.

Best bartender in town, olivia !! Try her smoked old fashioned and her espresso martini! Great service every time. I am always impressed by her extensive knowledge of the cigars they carry and always knowing what drink will pair perfectly! Perfect place to unwind.

A nice wonderful cigar bar. My friend's smoke and we are watching the Texans and Baltimore Ravens football game and having club soda with lime. Very pleasant atmosphere still the greatest
