Kind and efficient shipping center. Shipping labels can be emailed and printed for customers saving time and money if you do not own your own printer. Easy street parking for a quick in-and-out visit. I've rarely had to wait. When I do, the lines are way shorter than other shipping centers.

I was very pleased with how I was helped. I needed to send a package overnight to Scranton area. Their Employee helped me find the safest, best way to ship my item and he saved me $$ by explaining the services rather than just selling me on the most expensive. And a very convenient location. Somewhere I can walk to from anywhere in the downtown area within 20 minutes. I will return to give my shipping needs.

Super friendly and helpful, Jay is the best! My husband and I relied on Lancaster Shipping when we first moved here, since we didn't have a permanent home, and needed somewhere reliable to send our mail. One year later, and we still come to Lancaster Shipping whenever we need to mail a package or large envelope, even though we now have a permanent home only a few blocks from the post office! I know I can trust Lancaster Shipping, and the atmosphere there is calm and inviting, too.
