I tried calling these people and left messages more than twice and NEVER received a response. Only response from what I see is on these reviews! I will gladly spend my money elsewhere! You would be surprised how great or even decent customer service can go a long way for a business!

Great price only issue here are the people that seem to be living in the units. This is directly across from the homeless shelter. So you will usually find people hanging out around the storage unit, on the steps, inside and relieving themselves outside.

I emailed a month ago and got no response. I called and left a message and got no response. I ended up using moove in storage. At least they answer the phone!

Called their number multiple times across multiple days looking for a unit since it was close to me. Dont believe their bot responses, they do not call back. Ended up just going with City Self Storage. You should too, cheaper anyway.👍

As far as storage goes, it's average. But when it comes to Customer Service, it's the worst I've ever seen. For the Price you figure they would have someone available for answering calls! Just to damn greedy! They don't even have a office that's accessible.

Really hard to get ahold of left 3 voicemails before a return call, payment couldn't process on their end and they lock up my unit when they admitted fault for failing to process my payment

Terrible! I went there with my truck packed! They claimed on website they were open. I get there. They are closed. I called got the machine. Left a message and no one called me back. No doors open. Nobody there to help you. Then I proceeded to walk around and saw one of their doors had a note on it. I guess they can’t pay their bills. They need to fix their google page and either fix your problem or close your doors for good!

This place is horrible someone stole my lock before I moved my stuff into my unit. I called their office multiple times and nothing was ever done and they charged me for the month while all of that happened. Now they closed out my account and didn't have situation fixed

The smallest unit is listed at $49. However, this is not the case. They lie to you by luring you in then they hit you with all kinds of extras. For instance, you MUST, purchase security deposit ($9). Then they hit you with tax ($2-3). Then they try to coerce you into buying a ($15) lock ?? even though you have your own. Then a processing fee so that by the time you walk out of there you have been robbed for $71. This is definitely false advertising.? I learned my lesson.Oh yeah, they "require" a 15 day notice before moving out. ? They're not there to help you, their only purpose is to rob you.

Worst place EVER !!!!! The girls computer for frozen and charged me TWICE it’s been 3 weeks STILL refund and on top of that there is a lock on my gate ! I can’t wait to see the owner in court!
