Keep getting calls from loan depot Lancaster. Will not take off a call list. They hang up and call back within an hour. Tried to be a diplomatic entity and offered they email any information for consideration. I was hung up on and called yet again. So clearly not an institution you want to invest your future with.

I had used Loan Depot once before and had a great experience, so my expectations were high. Even with those high expectations, they were exceeded. The loan process can be tedious and challenging but they do everything they can to make it as easy as possible. Their portal is easy to navigate and is a great hub for communication and uploading documents. The response time is excellent.

My experience with Mark from Loan Depot was great. Very responsive to emails, answered any questions we had and made the whole process very clear. It made a our long distance move to Lancaster a lot easier not having to worry about the loan process.

There we were, casually rolling into a house showing at about 4:00 PM on a lazy Sunday. We immediately fall in love with the house. So, we ask our wonderful agent Julie - we'd like to make an offer on this house; can you help us? As it turns out, the offer deadline is 6:30 PM, that day. It is now past 4:30 PM. We have no idea what we're doing (first time buyers) and will need serious help. Only an act of God or the most industrious, responsive lender on Earth will be able to make this offer in by the deadline.
Mark Pontz at LoanDepot is exactly that guy. Not only did he help set us up with a competitive offer in before the deadline, but he walked us through every following step towards financing a house purchase when we successfully closed and beyond. We bugged him at dinner. We bugged him on weekends. We bugged him when we were out of town and could barely get enough service to send emails. Every time - even when he wasn't able to answer that minute - he was kind, cheerful, responsive, knowledgeable, and more. We would not be homeowners without Mark, Dana, and the rest of the team at LoanDepot, and that's not an exaggeration. Thank you!

If you want to buy a house, go to another bank, this is not worth it. They even made a well-known pastor waste time and money, they approve you the same day and after you pay the evaluation of the house, you lose, be careful. That only happens with Hispanics in the majority.

In light of the word, the same thing happened to me too, these people are super slow in what they do, apart from being very irresponsible, I have already heard from other people that nothing happened at the last minute, it is not understood how everything falls apart at the last minute, apparently they are inexperienced or irresponsible since this situation affects the whole family.

I think that these people give themselves the qualification, they canceled the delivery of the house to me the same day of the closing. God is a fair judge and then they charge to pass the documents to another bank that will take care of doing what they failed.

I would recommend working with loan Depot because they care about you and understand purchasing a home is an important decision you will make in your life.
