I was so happy years ago to shop here, then the staff changed. There was an amazing manager with pink hair who was so pleasant...then she was gone. 5 stars until you changed management.

I visit this store nearly every month and almost always find a great buy. I only wish there were more petite pants options beyond skinny pants. The wide leg pants seem to be featured mostly in the regular length. Please stock more options for petites. Loft is my go to store for work and leisure clothes with good quality and consistent fit.

Loft clothing always fits true to size and I love that they have comfy clothes that look professional, but you can also dress down when you aren't working. Helpful staff and orderly store.
