I love the clothes! The Customer Service not so much. The manager there always has a scowl on her face. It’s super unfortunate because it makes me not want to go into the store. I get having a bad day, but she is very frequently unfriendly.

Was super hopeful walking into this store to find something casual dress but there is something about poor customer service that will make me walk out with nothing. A group of associates at the counter continued their conversation, never greeted me to see if I needed assistance. I walked around the store for 15 mins almost walked out until I found a dress and THEN I was approached about starting a fitting room. No one asked if I needed assistance finding anything. Knowing I wasn’t going to buy anything I put the dress back walked out the dressing room to find the associates dispersed assisting OTHER customers.

Rhyan was super kind helping me find things that fit and ordering clothing for me! My size isn’t usually available in store (curvy long), so she found similar things so I could see the look and have her order them for me!

Well, for those who do visit this store in person, be prepared to be ignored. I stop in at least once a season to pick up new items for work, but not once have I been greeted or helped. If I have the wrong size item, I get dressed, go back out to the floor, get the next size, and return to the waiting room. If I need help reaching something up high, or if I have questions about the sales signs, I have to go find help and hope that the individual behind the register (because that's usually where they all are) isn't grandly inconvenienced by my request. The clothes are nice, and there's usually a great variety of new stuff as well as a considerable clearance section in the back. That's the only reason I keep coming back. It certainly isn't the service. The folks here could really learn a thing or two from the staff at the Ann Taylor locations at the Outlets on Route 30.
