5/26/22. Worst pedicure I have EVER had. Nail technician was quite rough. I have many allergies (which I discussed with appointment maker as well as the technician) and she kept insisting she use a scrub on my lower legs and feet even after my refusal. She then cut me while trimming my skin around my big toe. The tech was more interested in her upcoming appointments with a coworker than me, her client. They continuously talked to each other, I felt like an intruder, very uncomfortable. She got huffy when I refused a infused lotion, I explained it would cause me to have an allergic reaction, she said it is good lotion and it would be fine. I firmly refused, again. When it was time to do the gel polish on my toes, she couldn’t locate the extension cord to plug in the gel light to cure the polish. I was told to sit on an office chair in a doorway. The tech sat on the low pedicure stool. She aggressively grabs my foot and wants my to hold my leg up so she can do the polish. I am not trying to be dramatic but I proceeded to get a Muscle cramps from having to hold up my foot at this awkward angle/position. The job was messy and when I pointed it out she claimed it was my toe not the polish?????? When I called to make the appointment I was told it was $28.00 for the basic pedicure with gel polish. I was VERY clear that I didn’t want a spa pedicure due to my allergies to the lotions, scrubs and oils they use. When I went to pay, despite me not be happy with the end result (I just wanted to get out of there after 2 hours), I was told it was $48.00…..Hello, sticker shock!!!!! I didn’t tip her and will NEVER return.Service: Pedicures

Terrible massage. She spent more time just walking around the table than she spent massaging my back. It was more expensive than other places that give good service. I went because I had a gift certificate....will not go again.

Don't bother asking for a quote it's meaningless. I was charged$106 after I was told it would be 65. This has happened a couple of times. I don't trust the owner - she's all about the money.
