I find that your customer service at the homestead road location is very poor. I was in your store for over an hour looking for corner niches for my new shower. When I walked in the door they said all available sales associates not with customers come to the parking lot. So that meant all the customers that were shopping had no help. Poor management, poor management! Lori was the only one to help me. Homestead road Lowe's do better!

Need home improvement products fast efficient and not broken? This isn't the place for you. Ordered base cabinets to be delivered. Delivery guys show up with broken cabinets and states "We took pictures of the broken cabinets at the store but have to deliver them to the customer to decide if they want them or not. I would send them back though if they were going in my house."
I send the items back and have to go through return process. Lowe's decides to leave the delivery fee in place because they did in fact delivery the broken cabinets. After disputing that they decide to refund the delivery fee however they apparently can only do so in cash so I will have to go into the store to pick up my delivery refund. I drive to the store to pick up the refund and all of the managers are in a meeting and can't get to the safe. Vicky the cashier was doing her best to be helpful however the complete lack of organization and disregard for the value of others time is apparent.
Home Depot is the way to go!

Always have what I need however if you need to exchange or return an item you better have a receipt because they'll treat you like a shoplifter trying to take back stolen merchandise for drug money regardless of you're honest intentions.

Used to like getting products here. Unfortunately, they have very little help at the store we were at. The workers I asked for help were not very unknowledgable. A shame it's the corporate way to have little help to boost the bottom line. Probably won't come back for building supplies.

Very disappointed that there is no longer check out lanes, only self check out lanes. And I couldn't find customer service in the whole store. Nothing is personal anymore, probably won't be buying anything else from Lowes....

The place used to be a good store. Always short on staff and most of them are nit familiar with the products. I was ready to check out on pro desk and none was at the register to check me out. I got the attention from management and i asked to get someone he was rude wuth an attitude.
