Super disappointed. Ordered stair treads in August, was given a timeline for delivery (1 week). They never arrived. Emailed the store, they said they were coming. Never came. Asked for a refund in October (nearly 8 weeks), they sent me back a partial refund. I asked for the full refund, but they didn’t respond or refund the shipping. Never received the items, the store acknowledged I never received the items, they kept my almost $30 shipping… what was for TWO stair treads 🤦🏻♂️.

Ordered treads and risers from this location. They had to remake the product three times to make it anywhere close to matching their own flooring they sold me. The whole time this took over six months having a flooring project involving a staircase unfinished. Imagine having to live in a house with your bedroom floors and stairs bare like a construction site for half a year. LL cited supply chain issues for their delay. However, after sending multiple photographs showing proof of the colors not matching LL referred me to their LL customer care line. They argued that they were close to matching in color and cited it was just not to my liking. I felt guilty like there was something wrong with me or at least my vision. You decide do these colors match? I don’t believe any reasonable person would agree with LL. I should have looked them up online for all the law suits I saw against this company. Terrible, I simply would not take the chance of doing business with Lumber Liquidators.

I Got my flooring from Jennifer she is very patient understanding and warm welcoming she very kind and nice and the way she handling things is very professional I feel like she deserves a raise THANK YOU JENNIFER FOR YOUR HELP!!!

I purchased my flooring and used LL’s preferred installers back in December 2023. The initial install went well, although the quarter rounding showed up late and they had to use an off-color version instead. Overtime the quarter rounding showed gaps and sharp nails started coming up through the floor. I reached out to LL support care team In April 2024, asking if they could come fix the quarter rounding and the nails coming up through my floor since it was still under warranty. The support team asked me to provide pictures, which I did. Since then, I have heard nothing from the support team and have tried to get in contact with them multiple times. I have sent upwards of 4 to 5 emails and have called the store directly multiple times explaining the issue. I’ve repeatedly been told they will look into it and get in contact with the support team to schedule the installers to fix the problem. I’ve now contacted the store four to five and spoken with Chad and Jennifer who promised me they will get the installers out that I will be receiving a call from either of them or the installers within 24-48 hours. Repeatedly, I have not heard back from them. I am now leaving one star review because it has been nearly 4 months trying to contact them and have spent hours on the phone and through email trying to get them to fix the sharp nails coming up through my floor. They seem to be more interested in making a new sale with other customers, then honoring the customers that have already paid. I would strongly recommend not using the store for install as they will not care if their work results in the safety hazard.

I am extremely pleased with LL Flooring. I had almost closed a deal with a different business, but they tried to sell me things that I did not need. Everyone, starting with the sales team, Jennifer and Chad, were honest and involved in getting the job done. I can't praise the installers enough. Respectful, hard workers, and despite a long day, they made sure that there were no loose ends. I'm so glad that I stopped by. I saved several thousand dollars and love my floors.

We will definitely be ordering our flooring here when we are to point of install. Jennifer Lopez was who we dealt with in the store and she was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful! Thanks J-Lo!UPDATE: We did go back and order flooring from LL Flooring and the gentleman that helped us was also amazing. Bonus points for the AMAZING deal he gave us for the flooring. Unfortunately, i cannot remember his name. :-(IF YOU DON'T ORDER YOUR FLOORING FROM LL FLOORING, YOU ARE GETTING RIPPED OFF EITHER BY PRICE OR QUALITY.

Excellent experience. Loved the large selection of big sample blocks available to view and compare in the store. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our contractor will be installing the flooring for us and has had previous good experiences with LL Flooring.
