I really like the colorful style of the store. They have products on display for customers to try out. I bought a watermelom bar of soap, a honey lip scrub, and a coffee face mask from here. These items were great quality and smell amazing, but they were a whopping $61 for only these three things. Items here are really overpriced, but overall, it is a good store.

This is one of the most loveliest shops I've ever been in, in terms of customer service and quality. While prices are definitely a bit higher than other brands, their commitment to sustainability shows. Their employees are committed to not only selling products but creating an experience for all customers. Everyone greets you when you step inside, they offer viewings of various products (I witnessed a jack o lantern bath bomb - how fun!) and when purchasing they recommended various other products in similar scents. I'm not sure if they're trained to give out recommended samples or if the cashier that helped me was simply very kind, but I was sent home with some lotion I absolutely adore and an additional small bath bomb to indulge in, which she recommended.
I've never had a poor experience here. Always enjoyable, even if you're just browsing. Customer service utilized here should be the standard across all shops and other companies could use their techniques and get pointers!

The workers here are soooo sweet and friendly. I hadn’t been in a LUSH store in years, and they were very helpful giving me the rundown on their current products.I picked up a bath bomb, and the cashier, Bex/Becks also offered me a sample of a fresh face mask. They also threw in a set of eye patches. Can’t wait to try everything!I live about 40 minutes away, but I’ll definitely be back to get more items.
