M & R saved me! I'm from out of town and the weird 5 point intersection in front of the shop was overgrown with weeds. In the middle of a turn, another car was flying down one of the other points and looked like they weren't going to stop. I braked, lost sight of the end of the curb, and slammed the edge hard enough to rip open one tire and damage another.
Luckily, M&R was literally right there. I walked over, saw Meredith, and explained the situation. She looked at my wheels immediately and took me back to the service center. They texted me a quote within 10 minutes, and were kind, courteous and honest, and had new tires on within a few hours. If it had to happen, I'm so glad it happened right in front of M & R!

My GMC Acadia lost power while driving on PA 283 in Lancaster. Luckily we were able to get to the shoulder before it died. Brian M. from Wayne's Towing recommended M & R Auto Center and boy are we glad he did!! In less than 24 hrs, we were back on the road heading home (3 1/2 hours away). They did a diagnostic test, ordered the fuel pump module and installed it. A wonderful employee took us in his own car to rent a car at Hertz so we could drive to my son's for the night. Everyone in the office was awesome and they did a great job repairing my car! I highly recommend this repair shop!!!! Thank you so much A & R Auto Center! Howard and Donna Smith

I walked into the shop and I immediately greeted!!! Everyone is so friendly! The work they did is Fantastic & 1/4 the price from other collision centers!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE!!! ❤️?❤️

My first experience with M&R was a great one. After being told by three other garages that they did not have any openings for 2-3 weeks, I was referred to M&R by a friend. They added me to their schedule for later that week, the whole experience was quick and easy. Their entire team was very helpful and professional.
