On 1/8/2024 I brought my cat in for labs but since she hadn't urinated for 2 days and had been acting sick that weekend I requested a visit with the vet as well. Even though they drew labs and knew she was sick and not acting right (allowed them to hold her and didn't protest, 0 urination, not eating, etc), they sent us home with Dr Morris assuring me she would call the following day with the lab results. Late in the afternoon, after not hearing from Dr Morris, I called the office and the receptionist stated Dr Morris was busy with appointments and that she would call at the end of the day. I stated I wanted to know the lab values (thyroid and kidney function) and still wanted to talk to Dr Morris as my cat was continuing to decline. The person gave me the specific lab values I requested and stated the labs overall weren't bad, and also stated she would tell Dr Morris I wanted a call that day. I never received a call and found my cat deceased the next morning, 1/10. I brought the cat to the vet and they said that "we're sorry." I paid for private cremation in the amount of $265.00 and expressed how unhappy I was with the service I had received and that thanks to their poor service I was without my cat, my best friend. Later that day, Dr Morris called me as she had heard what happened. She stated the labs weren't bad but the WBCs were ~24 when they should have been <19, which tells me, a nurse, that my cat was going septic. If my cat's labs had been reviewed and followed up on appropriately, I would have been called immediately on receipt of the labs on 1/9 and we could possibly have started her on antibiotics and maybe have saved her. Dr Morris stated she calls on labs in 1-2 days...unacceptable!!!!! Especially with a sick animal and abnormal labs values!!! This is definitely an extremely poor standard of care. Labs on a healthy animal with no issues can wait but in this case, obviously not. While I don't believe this vet caused my cat's illness, I do believe my cat's death is directly attributable to the service of this vet practice. While Dr Morris is directly responsible for not providing the proper level of care, she did maintain that her staff never told her of my request for a call from her that day. Dr Morris appeared more concerned with a failure in her staff communication with her than with her own direct inaction that contributed to this situation. Needless to say, once I receive my cats cremains, I will never seek care from this vet clinic again. I will also be relaying my experience to everyone who asks me for a veterinarian referral in the future. If I could give less that 1 star to this veterinarian and her clinic I would.

I recently moved to Lancaster and needed to establish a primary vet for both of my dogs. Pine Creek Animal Hospital at Manor provided exceptional care for them during the visits and they were super responsive by phone and easy to schedule with. Overall great people and a super professional environment. I’m really happy with my dogs care

We've been going here for years, even after Manor Animal Hospital has been bought by a whole new crew, we are still continuing to receive superior care for our entire zoo.

It's been our vet for years, but ownership recently changed hands... it's a little weird. We knew the old staff, many have left, but some are still there. Some of the financial changes scared us at first... but it's still not an expensive vet. And they all care about the animals. As an owner of 5 cats, I recommend this office. We used to have 2 dogs, they both passed away in the last few years age related, one during covid and one after, even their passing was handled beautifully...

The staff and Dr. Jen showed us the most compassionate and caring care when we had to say farewell to our beloved Coco. They went out of their way to afford us time with our pet and loads of understanding over our grief. I couldn't have picked a better place for all the love and care they give Coco through the years. Thank you.

I am very happy how the staff was my dog Max and myself. And not to mention the price for the visit was better then my regular veterinary clinic.
