The service provided by Jasmine Elvir at Metro PCs, Lincoln highway went above and beyond her required duties as an employee.we very much appreciated all that she has done on both of the issues that required immediate assistance .I would highly recommend the service at this store location and service provided by her.

Terrible service, they are not going to do their job, the Hispanic person who goes there speaks in English, they tell you when you talk to them and ask why they are talking about you, they tell you that they are going to call the police, not recommended service.

Hands down one of the best metro PCs stores around Lancaster. Despite the long wait getting my phone turned on and switch to metro.. the coworkers /tech worked patiently and professional to help me get on my way with a working phone. After a good two hours plus all that hard work and patience she had paid off!! I want to thank the two lovely ladies who worked today/tonight for helping me and those who walked inside your work place doors , you helped everyone quickly and very professionally.. and that is what metro is all about.. many years ago I had a metro phone and I remember the staff being so nice to work with, and again, it was the same way .. I rate 5 Stars because it was the best service indeed! Thanks again! And thanks for trusting me with your works charger and bringing it back.. haha .

I have purchased quite a few phones from this location and I've always been greeted with kindness and the employees seem to be very knowledgeable and always take the time to answer any questions I might have. 5 stars from me!

All I can say is the customer service representatives you have at this store went above and beyond what your company expects. Diana and Sammy took time and explained everything little question I had..showed me how to get into my apps and switched everything over from my old phone. What a wonderful experience..they treated me like a friend. I will recommend metro to all my family and friends.. especially this store. Thanks for all your help Diana and Sammy!! Be blessed my friends!!
