I was at another location before this store, and had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…. But then we came to this location and I would love to give a big THANK YOU to Jose the representative that attended my client today. He was very respectful to every customer that was in the store. He explained everything about the phone and also the plan, that was very understandable. I would highly recommend this location to whoever appreciates loyal and respectful and AWESOME customer service. Thanks Jose you have my vote
P.s He definitely needs a raise.

The store manager was very helpful, willing to go out of her way to help us with a phone and two year contract and is about the same amount we are paying now. Thank you for all your help, this was our third time back at the store. Waiting for sales, second time was a guy that didn’t have good customer service. Guddos to this Store Manager

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this location. On 12/22/24, I purchased a cell phone here and was assisted by Jose. When I called back on 1/17/25 to resolve an issue with my phone plan, the situation quickly went from bad to worse.
When I first called, Zully answered the phone but misunderstood my request to speak with Jose and accidentally hung up. I called again, and this time Jose answered. However, he refused to confirm his identity, which made it impossible for me to explain my issue. Instead of being helpful, he was rude and dismissive, stating, "I answered your call, and I am very busy," in an unprofessional and unpleasant tone. When I told him his behavior was inappropriate, he became argumentative and ultimately hung up on me.
Determined to resolve the issue, I called back one final time. Zully answered again, and unlike Jose, she was far more professional, courteous, and willing to assist—even while juggling customers in the store. However, she couldn’t provide a manager’s contact information or help resolve my problem entirely. I am still stuck in a frustrating loop of being passed between tech support and the store, with no resolution in sight.
While Zully did her best to assist, Jose’s rude and unprofessional behavior made this a terrible experience overall. I would not recommend this Metro location to anyone based on this ordeal.

Sold my husband a phone under the lie that Samsung Smart Switch would work with his phone, and that it was equivalent to a Samsung phone of "similar" stats. Since they didn't have 80% of the phones they had on display in stock. Also failed to mention if we didn't like the phone, it was non-refundable because it was an "upgrade." So now we're stuck with a $200 piece of garbage. Save yourself the trouble of metroPCS and just go to T-mobile. Problem solved.
