The guy didn't even know what he was doing. The techs need better training. Tried saying we needed to pay a $35.00 activation fee to transfer our current number to one of our old phones due to the original accidentally broke. Had to come back home to have customer service help us. Terrible in person service! We did it through customer service WITHOUT A FEE!

Eddie at fruitville Pike was very nice and helpful to me he recommended a new tablet and the price was more than fair and Metro in general has always been a good company to me. I have been a customer for a year and Eddie was one of the nicest people who helped me. And he was also very informed and explain to me how to use it.

My first time visiting this location was amazing. Tara fixed an issue on my phone that I've been having for 6 months within 2 hours, and she spent the time explaining to me what the cause was. She was very nice, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. She did what most employees at other locations wouldn't do, and I appreciate the time she spent fixing my device. Don't be afraid to visit her or ask questions. She knows what she's doing!

The employee was nice, but I'm very disappointed in MetroPCS and not being able to make my normal payment online or via the mymetro app, and having to go into a store to pay and then be. Charged an extra $5

So the store Managers name is Tara. And where as it should be an easy task for her to get me situated with a new device she absolutely made it anything but easy. When I walked out I felt like I'd been robbed the phone had a sign that said free with new line wound up paying 69.99 for the phone she told me that I had to get the accessories bundle in order to get the phone I actually wanted. I felt pressured and bullied into spending almost $200 when it should have been closer to $75. When I tried to say something to her about the shinanirgans she was playing she started crying and complaining that they were going to take the money out of her check , and when I told her that I was going to write this review she started crying about how she was going to lose her job. Over all horrible experience.

Tara is the best! She handled a situation that I had spent hours on with the Metro customer service. She found the problem and had it fixed in minutes. If you're a Metro customer this should be your home store.

The last night I went you to change my service to a New phone, the guy was very rude all the time and he couldn't do it, he sent me to the store where I bought my unlocked phone, I didn't believe anything of what he said and I called metro customer service where they checked the imei of the phone and they updated my service to the new phone without any problem, try to get people kind and no lazy to help the people

I was glad that this store was open late on a Saturday night. I walked into the store occupied by four young employees, all with their faces planted in their phone screens. There were no other customers. We were greeted by the closest employee to the door while the other disinterested persons never even looked our way as they were preoccupied with their own personal things. I had questions about devices as I'm looking to upgrade my phone. I asked a basic question about IPhone vs Samsung. It was apparent that the employee gave it her best guess as she offered no detail to support the response. It didn't take long to realize, this employee, and likely all the others don't know their trade. It's nice that some young folks are discovering that they need a paycheck to get along. If they would also be obligated to learn their trade instead of having play time during work hours, that would be best for everyone. My phone subscription pays for this? T-Mobile, stop wasting my time and my money! I'm keeping my options open.

Diana, is Fabulous! I had an issue getting my promo code to work from Metro by T-mobile for my free Echo Dot from Amazon when I signed up for service. I called 611 "Customer Service" who gave me the run around beteween "Customer Service" and Amazon. I went into the store and she got the issue resolved. My Echo Dot is on it's way. She has the customer's best interest in mind. If I could give a 100 star rating I would! Thank you Diana and thank you Metro by T-mobile. Great service from great people.
