I was able to schedule easily online. The information provided after my car was finished was thorough and impressive. The mechanic Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone when making decisions for services. We are very pleased we chose Mike’s Motor Zone and will definitely be returning in the future!

After I went to the Honda dealer for 10+ years over the course of 2 cars they priced me out of their market. I set out to find a small shop that I could trust. MMZ had great reviews. Gave them a chance....loaner car, awesome communication, updates during work..just a wonderful experience. Will use them in the future without hesitation.

Are they pricey or cheap or simply fair with what they charge? Honestly, I don't know what today's crazy economic standard is for vehicle work. What they are, for sure, is personable, thorough, and willing to work with you. In an area known for it's awful traffic, Mike's Motor Zone is a pleasant experience worth the visit. Not a paid review. Truly a happy customer.

I called Mike's when the vehicle manufacturer was over 2 weeks out on a check engine issue.
They had the car in the next day and were awesome about communicating what they were seeing. Knowledgeable, professional, caring regarding all aspects. They get it!

well went an spent a good amount of money to get my truck fixed. i open tailgate this morning an i find used parts an rags . because the mechanic used bed of my truck for a table . i’ve never had issues with this place before . but this really irritates me. an i call to complain an i get told he must have forgot to take it out. bed of my truck ives is not a table .

I cannot say enough positive things about this place!!
About a week before I planned to move north to Vermont, I started noticing a noise under my car’s hood. Horrible timing. My partner recommended I try to get in at Mike’s. Luckily they had time for me on Tuesday (we had to drive up on Thursday).
They ran a full diagnostic of my car and identified the horrible noise and gave me recommendations for maintenance before my trip. They were able to do all the necessary work within 2 days, and I was on the road just in time to leave on Thursday!! And now I also have a list of other smaller things I can work on for my car in the coming months.
These guys are awesome and genuinely want to help and provide good service. Highly recommend. Thanks Mikes Motor Zone!

I would give Mike’s Motor Zone 10 stars if I could. They were amazing. They were super helpful when I was looking at a used vehicle for my work purposes and I felt I had someone in my corner during the buying process. They even stepped right in when the car had a small issue I couldn’t figure out. Not only did Mike step in promptly, but he even came in early the next morning to get it done. Unbelievable customer service. Always a welcoming voice, I appreciate that Mike’s Motor Zone has my back. Do NOT hesitate to use their services. They won’t let you down.
